Great employees and customer service here! I had issues with my printer (I blame it on the eclipse), and went to UPS to print and mail my tax forms. Jay and Ryan were working that day and very helpful. I spent a lot of time with Jay, who was especially knowledgeable about printing/stamps/mailing times and guided me through the whole process with kindness and understanding. Thanks for helping me out!

Closed because of snow. Really? People pay money for UPS Store Mailboxes so they can receive packages during business hours.Often times those packages are important and time sensitive so in theory, having a UPS Store Mailbox should help ensure that packages are safely delivered and stored, and are able to be signed for if needed.What's the point of having a UPS Store Mailbox if you're going to be closed during normal business hours because it's snowing?If FedEx is out there delivering with big trucks, surely somebody can be there to run the store. Pathetic.
