Dropped my package off (already had pre-paid return label) and was due for next day air delivery but 1 week later (today) tracking update said package has not been picked up for delivery. Called UPS and was told it has been lost. Not sure how since I left it in the store with the UPS employee so what was done with it? Will not trust this store again.

I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the poor customer service I recently experienced with UPS, both in terms of delivery and in-person service at your University Ave location in Shorewood. On Saturday, I waited at home all day for a package that required a signature. I briefly stepped out for about 30 minutes, and—of course—during that small window (at 6:35 PM), the UPS driver attempted delivery and left a note instructing me to pick up the package at the Shorewood location.
The next morning (Sunday), I visited the store. A courteous young employee informed me that the driver would likely return the package on Monday around 11:00 AM, but advised me to call before coming in. On Monday, I attempted to call multiple times—five times, in fact—and each time, someone picked up and immediately hung up.
Frustrated, I went to the store in person around 11:20 AM. The woman working there was unhelpful and dismissive. When I mentioned the issue with the phone calls, she responded, “We only have one person today,” clearly avoiding accountability rather than admitting she was the one answering and hanging up the phone.
Later that afternoon, I returned again around 3:40 PM. The same employee, with the same unprofessional attitude, finally handed me my package. There was no apology, no effort to provide a courteous interaction, and no acknowledgment of the poor service I had experienced.
It’s disheartening to see how far UPS has declined in terms of customer care. The company seems to have lost the personal touch and professionalism that once made it a trusted name in delivery services. Based on this experience, I would not recommend UPS to others and will avoid using your services whenever possible going forward.

I needed to ship 33 pieces of priceless hand painted china I inherited from my Swiss grandparents. Truly a family heirloom!
Anna, the manager, did an excellent job of packing. There was bubble wrap between the two boxes. Each piece was wrapped first in small bubble wrap, then medium, then large.
Everything arrived in pristine condition.
Pack and Ship is a great service.

I don’t know the associates name, but she was always there when I went to the UPS store during the dayShe was so kind that you couldn’t ask for anything better and she always had a smile on her face and did everything she did with perfection.

Fast, friendly service. Blew my mind how expensive it is to fax something these days. Our office fax is out of order and I paid $1.50 a page at UPS store ?

Great employees and customer service here! I had issues with my printer (I blame it on the eclipse), and went to UPS to print and mail my tax forms. Jay and Ryan were working that day and very helpful. I spent a lot of time with Jay, who was especially knowledgeable about printing/stamps/mailing times and guided me through the whole process with kindness and understanding. Thanks for helping me out!
