I'm a fan of Dr. Miran and I like the people who work here.
The parking garage, though, was designed by sadists. Avoid (the parking garage) if you can.

Dr. Miran and staff really know and care. Best clinic out of all unity point health. This is the type of place where they know you by your first name and rarely have to wait for the nurse to call you in.Almost like old world Wisconsin small town doctor, in a decent size city rather. A lot of people want that small town feel, personal, above and beyond type thing...this is it.You know real fast good care vs just care when you have ailments like I have. Many physicians, physical therapists, *pain specialists*, and most were sub par in the quality of care. I truly recommend if you can go to this clinic to keep it as a very reasonable option because this is the definition of patient care and treatment. Thanks west wash clinic

I’m not sure what clinic these people are going to, but I love my East Washington clinic! Always so friendly and helpful!

Unfortunately we have met and lost FOUR different pediatricians in the last four years. This clinic must not treat their care providers well, as they leave after less than a year it seems. Today, after receiving appointment reminders for my son's 1-year check-up, showing up as scheduled, being checked in, and waiting in the lobby for 10 minutes, we were told that appointment had been cancelled, and were sent home. Our family has made the choice to find a more reliable well-child care provider clinic.

The prior review was meant for UW 20 S. Park. This location of Meriter has Maria the phlebotomist that deserves 5stars and a raise. While Dr. Miran is intellectually curious with a patient centered focus and Dr. Cahill cares for teen privacy. I can't edit the earlier July 2021 review but again it was not for this facility at all. I checked in for UW and started the review not realizing the page reverted back to this location. Ce la vie.

I was charged for an extra office (almost $300) visit for having a conversation lasting no more than a couple of moments with a N.P. about an upper respiratory infection - this was during the COVID pandemic. Upon receiving the invoice, I inquired about the charge and it took months to get any sort of response. I tried to dispute the charge or at least a portion of it and I had to call several times to get any information. I did get several requests for payment before getting any clarifying information. This clinic is unreliable in terms of communication, their billing processor (Avadyne) provides horrible customer service and I wasted hours of my time just trying to get an explanation for the amount I owed. I've always depended on Meriter for good health care and I am very disappointed by the experience at this clinic. Word to the wise - before asking about anything ask if you'll be charged for the inquiry!

Unlike any healthcare system of which I've ever been a patient!
Never have I experienced a more caring, punctual, attentive, and compassion team of healthcare providers, front desk support, lab technicians, etc. I'm always baffled by the care I receive no matter the circumstance or how busy they may be.
In the past, it was never unusual to be waiting in a doctor's waiting room for 15-20 mins over your appointment time, then another 10 minutes prior to the doctor even entering the room, just to be rushed out after sub-par care...but not at Meriter on West Washington! Don't even reach for that magazine in the waiting room, you won't be needing it, because they're ALWAYS on time.
The measures they take to accomodate me has been incredible. There's been more than one time that I needed to get in on a day schedules were full and they've been able to squeeze me in.
They really care!
Shout out to the always-cheerful Niko at the front desk, and amazingly compassionate & smart Dr. Miran and his care team. Thanks, y'all!

Trying to get this clinic to call back is a nightmare. I usually have to call repeatedly before someone calls me back. Most of the physicians are on vacation nearly all the time so it's very difficidito get anything done.

The clinic is staffed by two internal medicine physicians, an endocrinologist, a health psychologist, and is home to our Diabetes Care Team. Coming in September: Pediatrics!
