Overall, very happy with UPack. Price was reasonable, truck and phone staff were all very friendly and professional, and the process was well-documented. Website was helpful. Scheduling was easy. Communication was (with one exception) good. I'll say again that all staff I interacted with (4 or 5 people) were all really nice. I would use UPack again.The only mishap was that there was some sort of glitch so that I wasn't notified when my package reached the destination. When I called to check on it, it was sorted out quickly, but my stuff had been sitting in the destination center for a week. UPack needs to fix that glitch.

Moved from Wisconsin to Idaho. Price booked far ahead of time was just shy of $2200 that was with a promise date and 1 cube. Everything was on time even early for delivery and pick up. It looks small. If you’ve played Tetris you’ll need every ounce of experience because you are able to fit quite a bit. We did not bring our bedroom set but.. we were able to fit: 1 8 ft split sectional, two TVs in their boxes (77 and 50), tv stand for the 77, 30 various sized boxes and totes, a coffee table, end table, two lamps, various random items such as gun cases, dog supplies and beds, large rug, and more. HOWEVER if you have a bedroom set GET TWO. You’ll need two cubes for a fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment. Everything went smoothly nothing was damaged but we packed smart and snug. Would use them again!

We needed some large bulky items moved from Florida to Iowa. After much research U-Pack seemed to be the most cost effective. It was a very simple process and no hidden fees

Best option for a long distance move. It is affordable and convenient. We moved from WI to KY and UPack was so helpful. Our delivery was on time and drop off/pick up of the truck was so simple. Would absolutely recommend if you are looking for a pack the truck yourself, but don't have to drive it to your destination option.

I am so happy that I chose U-Pack for my long-distance move. Not only was the price far more economical than most other company options, but the customer service was outstanding. Any question I had was always answered by a human on the phone within minutes. They were always competent, clear, and cordial. I would recommend U-Pack for anyone moving long-distances.

We moved our family of five from the midwest to the west coast. Everything U-Pack told us was as advertised. They were ontime, the equipment and the containers were in good shape; there was no damage to any of our belongings in transit. Their staff was available and very helpful. For long distance moves, as long as you are physically able to pack your own things, this is the way to do it.

I moved from Madison, WI to Vancouver, BC, CA and everything about the moving experience was great. The customer service was easy to reach and were able to answer questions about shipping a container across the border. Other storage container services (PODS and Uhaul) I was on the phone for at least an hour before speaking to a representative because moving international was a complex case for them. I found the price to be reasonable compared to the other two companies. Loading at the facility was easy, clearing through customs was swift, and the delivery person was kind and worked with me for the best place to put the container. It was dropped off and picked up on time. I cannot recommend this company enough for long-distance (and even international) moving.

Upack made my 876 mile move nearly stress free. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and the drivers were both helpful and nice. My stuff arrived when I was told it would and in the shape in which I loaded the trailer. It would have cost the same amount for me to rent a Uhaul and tow my vehicle behind it. Upack's service made it much easier.

Do not use this company. Use uhaul instead. We shipped my entire house from Florida to Wisconsin in Upack containers. The containers arrived in Madison last night and we were contacted to pick up. We were told that today would be fine to pick up. Now suddenly our containers are on the truck and inaccessible. I took the day off from work and rented a uhaul because they told us it was okay to come today only to have Upack tell me that we could not come today because they have no drivers and they are unwilling to resolve the problem I am just expected to take tomorrow off too and just pay more money to now extended the uhaul all because they cannot unload because they have no driver. They have no intention of calling joe down the street to come get it off the truck. Might I add the bill is already paid and they are withholding my belongings.

The drop and pick up at origin was extremely smooth. There were some space hiccups at the destination which was dealt by the cooperative drivers

Moving with U-Pack was soooo easy! The cube arrived on time and was delivered on time as well. I moved my one bedroom apartment from Madison, WI to Washington DC using one of the smallest sized cubes available. I wish it would have been a little cheaper but it was worth it for me for the convenience and not driving cross country in a truck with my car attached to the back (plus gas!). I would recommend using blankets, towels, old clothes to protect your furniture because the cubes are moved with fork lifts so it isn't always graceful when we saw them moving ours. Additionally, if you are moving in the summer from somewhere humid, account for expansion of some of your belongings. Our books expanded and cracked a bookcase; it wasn't U-Pack's fault because we packed it that way but it wasn't great to open our cube to that.

I used U-pack to move half way across the country. The pod is smaller than I expected, but the dimensions match what was advertised, and I found that I was able to fit much more than I thought I would just by looking at it.
