I asked an employee about an item that was included in the memorial weekend sale promotion, and after explaining she told me: “I’m just explaining how math works.”. Immediately left the store. Sorry, can’t buy because I guess I don’t know how math works!

I bought a sweater for $178.00 which fuzzed so badly that it shed fuzz all around my turtleneck, the pillows on the sofa, the air around me.... When I tried to return it a very rude salesperson was completely unhelpful and refused to accept the sweater back. She wanted me to deal with the manufacturer, and how ridiculous is that? I didn't buy the sweater from the manufacturer, I bought it from the retailer. Avoid this store at all cost. Nordstroms sell the same items and they stand behind their merchandise. I don't know how Twigs can stay in business. Awful customer service!

Disappointed! I bought a $178 sweater which literally dripped strands of wool under my arms after wearing it for a mere two hours. The turtleneck underneath, the chair I sat on and the air around me was covered with white fuzz. Obviously, the wool in this seater was of inferior quality. When I tried to return the sweater, the young salesperson rolled her eyes at me and refused to stand behind the merchandise. She had me wait while she tried to call the MANUFACTURER, and when they did not answer, she asked me to come back with the sweater another time. Oh, and I had to request to get my receipt back!Well, a retailer is supposed to be the intermediary between customer and wholesaler/manufacturer. Otherwise, why not deal with the manufacturer myself and get the 300% retailerI’s discount? I had an uncle who owned a textile mill for very high end cashmere retailers , so I know of what I speak.I twice contacted Twigs through their website, and I never received a response. Finally, I was forced to take it up with my credit card company. I also found out that Nordstroms carried the same sweater, and Nordstrom stands behind their merchandise 100%. The sweater is cute garbage!Additionally, this supposed “boutique” Twigs sells a lot of really ugly and overpriced schlock. Don’t bother! I certainly won’t ever again.

My favorite place to shop in Madison! The clothes are cute, quality brands and on trend with constantly changing inventory. The sales associates are always friendly, helpful, give honest opinions and go out of their way to help me find what I need.

Would have loved to shop here, but they don’t carry any plus sizes- not even XL. Some of the brands they carry, like Farm Rio, even offer plus sized clothing- so there’s no excuse that the brands they have don’t go up to those sizes. Upsetting and disappointing.

I bought my (now) favorite pair of Mother jeans online from this boutique and got the most beautiful handwritten note along with it. The jeans were wrapped beautifully in tissue- I was so impressed! I will definitely be ordering from Twigs again. Thank you for the great customer service!

I ordered a beautiful Rails blouse from their website. It was shipped very quickly. The top was carefully wrapped and arrived with a cute card and handwritten thank you. I shop many online boutiques and Twigs is top-notch!

I recently discovered Twigs and ordered a handbag online. The price was competitive, the packaging was perfect, it was mailed to me right after ordering and came with a lovely handwritten note. Wonderful experience and highly recommend.

I have been in this store several times with very sumilar experiences and felt the need to finally share. I went in today with the intent on purchasing a handbag. Walked around the store for at least 10 min. No one asked if i needed assistance. When i finally asked for some help a very cold employee came over. She got the bags down and took me to a fitting room. She did not know her stores merchandise when i asked specific questions. I knew what the store had in stock before she did. I took the stuffing out of bags and proceeded to try them on. She abrubtly and rudely said i will be right back walked away and left me there. Another woman very very cold judgemental and rude woman (i believe the owner) came and asked if i needed anything and when i told her i was deciding which bag i liked she looked at me and then looked down at all the bags wout the stuffing and looked back at me as if i had done something wrong. Needless to say, she made me extremely uncomfortable. I decided on two bags. But after leaving the fitting room i decided that this store will not get my business. These employees are very very cold and rude. I felt as if i was walkimg on egg shells in this store. You dont know me and my bank account. Dont judge a book by its cover ladies. I will give nordstrom my business as they carry the very same bags. Thank you very much
