Amazing experience.
Called them on a Saturday to inquire about a replacement part on an old Trek. The team called me the following day on Sunday, and we were able to discuss more. I was at an event and couldn't make it before store close but still this was amazing, I had called multiple other bike shops and this was the one that called back. (I believe I talked to Alice?) They were great
On Monday I finally received my replacement part which fit, the technician Jake was super helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly. I will be back! Great folks.

The people at Trek West are fabulous. They are very helpful with my bicycle needs. I always feel welcomed when I am there. Their products and services are top notch. Trek West is the only place I need to go in town!

Trek West is the best. Can't recommend them enough. Always Friendly, Knowledgable. No attitude or attempts at upselling. I've worked with at least 6 of their staff and they are all consistently excellent. Just rolled in for a relatively easy fix and it was done in no time at all and the price was beyond fair. Many thanks!!!

The bike service center at Trek Madison West is truly top notch. Drew remembers me and my bikes, including any previous issues they've had, the last time they were serviced, etc. Honestly, this is one of the only places I trust to take care of my bikes.

Chris from the service team was so great to work with! He took the time to evaluate our bikes and determine what service was needed and appropriate for our bikes. He went above and beyond helping my wife and I feel more comfortable on our bikes by problem solving and listening to our concerns. He made thoughtful recommendations about riding positioning adjustments which made us feel much more comfortable on our bikes. We couldnt have had a better experience at Madison West, and we will highly recommend this bike shop to all our friends! Additionally, Tracey offered an incredible amount of time and support helping me purchase a new fat bike, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. She answered every question I had and thoroughly explained every aspect of the bike. Thanks to everyone at Trek Madison West for helping us with all our biking needs. We will be back soon

These guys are awesome!! Have a few trek bikes and had to take my road bike in for a problem. There employees where super knowledgeable and lady helping me worked on my bike for awhile but was able to fix the issue, no charge. If I had gotten her name I would give her a shout out for being great. Following week I messed something up trying to do a self fix and had to take my bike back in. Again employees were top notch and the guy helping me, Jake, was very nice and cool to work with. So a very expensive replacement parts repair ended up costing $50 cause they took the time and were able to fix the old wheel rim. Other bike shops would have told me the wheel is toast and then upsell me on new ones. Trek has proven to be a great company and I will continue to be a repeat customer and don’t even waste my time considering other brands.

Bad experience. Super rude consumer service. They kept trying to talk me into a e bike when we stated multiple times it was "out of budget". Andrea kept telling us " it's not that much more for an e bike, you really can't do it?". We came to ride one bike and was refused the service to ride it because it 'fit improperly' but the worker refused to lower the seat so it could be ridden safely. Disastrous. Go to east side only!

Jake is amazing and I would highly recommend Mineral Point Trek location to everyone! I never felt pressured to purchase anything however, I did learn so much and I feel better prepared being a first time bike owner. I will definitely be back to purchase my next bike when I’m ready to try something different. Everyone at the store has a teachers heart and puts customers above making a sale. I can tell that the leadership at that store supports the employees, everyone was so happy to be there and had a passion for cycling.
