The Madison East Trek store is amazing and it all starts with their staff. They’ve gone the extra mile to help me several time and this week was no exception . I had to have a part for my speed concept in order to compete in ann Ironman triathlon this weekend and Kate literally drove the extra mile to make it happen. Even though FedEx had already stopped accepting overnight packages, Kate called and found a distant location that took them later into the evening. She went out of her way to get it shipped and by doing so it allowed me to have the part delivered and installed in time to still reach my race destination on time. I’m already a loyal customer but this clinched it for me. Thanks once again. I will definitely be back for all my cycling needs. THANK YOU!!!

This spring, another technician told me my bike was in great condition and I was good to go for the season. I ride it once and my bike slipped out of gear. I took it back, 4 months later and only 19 miles. I was told I needed a new chain, gears and sprockets. Trek made it right for me, took care of what should have really been completed, because that technician no longer works there. Thank you Trek!!

I brought my new Trek Emonda SL5 in for a Rattling noise that was constant on my last bike ride. The Service Team took it for a test ride, figured out what was causing the noise and got it fixed while I waited. My Road Bike is now running very smooth and quiet from my bike ride today. Thanks again for the quick and speedy service.

The worst place I've ever bought a bike!
Service absolutely sucks after the purchase!
I bought a $3500 Trek Verve+4 e-bike here and came back for the 1st service and it will definitely be my last. I would NOT recommend buying or having anything worked on from this store.
I do like the bike, though I wish I would have heard of Lectric e-bikes before my purchase.
I met someone that had a Lectric 5 weeks after I bought my Trek and it seemed like just as good as a bike for $1300. Maybe better.. might be worth looking into.

Emil, the store manager, was super approachable, knowledgeable, and kind. He was this way from the point we walked into our first visit to the time we walked out with our bike and drove home after our second visit. I can truly say that my wife and I talked on the way home about what a good human he was. He took the time to get to know us, listen to our needs, relate, and help us get exactly what we were looking for in a bike/accessories. He even answered a question by email in between visits. Would highly recommend this store to friends and family. Thanks again, Emil!

The East Madison store is really great! They are easy to work with and friendly. They have supported the Madison East and LaFollette NICA teams for a long time and made kids and families feel welcome. I would highly recommend this store is you are looking for your first bike or your 50th bikes. They will help you make the right decision without pressure.

Both Trek Madison East and West are excellent! They operate like a friendly local bike shop and not as a large company in how they treat customers. I bought my new FX Sport 5 from Patrick and Josh built the bike. Patrick was very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed and Josh's attention to detail was excellent! I will always buy Trek!
