I have about 6 different styles of footwear from this company and every time I make a purchase the customer service is always immaculate. Kobe was extremely knowledgeable & insightful in the products as well as attentive to details.

Great selection of shoes and knowledgeable sales people who go above and beyond to make it a positive experience. Jacobi and another employee went out of their way to search different stores for the pair I wanted, then took the time to actually condition the leather of my new Birks before I left the store with them and made sure to explain their upkeep. They were helpful and courteous beyond any shoe shopping experience I’ve had before. Very grateful! Will be back!

Every single employee that works there is super friendly! Luna is such a sweet lady! I love talking to her every time I stop by!!! The manager should be extremely grateful for such a wonderful staff!!!

I came in with my friend today looking for some new shoes. The ENTIRE staff was so unbelievably friendly and outgoing, especially Julian who called me minutes after I left to tell me they actually found a size to fit me to go with my new maroon suit I had purchased for a wedding. 11/10, would shop here again

Out of all the shoe places I’ve been to, this place has the best customer service! I was looking for a pair of shoes for running/weight lifting and Julian was extremely friendly and helpful. I’ll be back!

I had a great shopping experience at this store. Julian helped me and was very informative about which shoe was right for me. He took his time to make sure I was happy with what I purchased and even made suggestions based off of what I was looking for and the way I was standing. Luna also helped me at the register and she was super friendly and sweet! It was refreshing to walk into a store and actually get good help! Highly recommend this store!

I was just looking to see if I could find comfortable shoes as I have back support issues. Julian greeted me and asked what I was looking for. Since I needed shoes that were comfortable, I welcomed his help. He took time to explain the different brands and went above and beyond with finding more than what I was looking for originally. He patiently explained answers and went in depth when I asked what he would recommend based on comfort. He gave me several options from the few I showed interest in, and he helped me narrow down my decision. The shoes I bought were a bit more pricey than I buy, but I think it was worth it. I appreciated he didn’t automatically try to take advantage and bring out the most expensive. I already feel huge relief and I recommend this store for anyone struggling with good support and quality shoes. Specifically, Julian had OUTSTANDING customer service.

This place made me feel so royalty. I came in looking for a pair of work shoes and didn't expect much but the customer service was wowed me, my partner also walked out with a pair of shoes that didn't planned for. ?. Awesome place!
