Never in my 54 years of life, have I absolutely enjoyed shopping for shoes like when I walked into Eric's store!!!! Eric is the kindest, funniest, and most generous sales person I have EVER encountered!!! I nicknamed him the footwhisperer because he could tell my shoe size just by looking at my feet!!! Eric is a joy to be around and made me feel like royalty! Seriously!!! Adding to the outstanding service...is the top, of the line, high quality shoes sold here! Can you say, "Pikolinos?" We are BIG Fan of HOKA shoe brand. WE stop into this store and receive much more than the HOKA's we purchased. The Customer Service/Attention to Every Detail (making sure my shoe was stretched that it didn't rub my left toe) KINDNESS/CARE AND KNOWLEDGE given by Eric Was Genuinely SUPERB!! I have been looking for the Hey Dudes Wendy Milky Way White (cow print) shoe in a ladies size 11 for a gift and have been hitting all kinds of out of stock in that size. I even called Door County and looked at NC stores I visited.I decided to give Tradehome Shoes a shot even though the website said that the sizes 10 and 11 were no longer available. Called the Madison West side store and talked to Nate, the manager. He found a size 11 in Green Bay-YAY, but it would cost $10 more to ship to me.I called the GB Store and spoke to Russ. He gave me the price and said shipping was free!! Bonus...any order over $50 is free...He wasn't allowed to take my order with a credit card, new company policy.Called the East Towne store and spoke to Eric. He provided the BEST customer service, just like Russ. He explained the change in policy and what I could do to place the order. Confirmed a few things with him, and we placed my order. I am so happy with the service I received at the East Town store, and will go back with any of my shoe needs in the future.Thank you, Eric!! Because of you, a young lady will have an unexpected gift under the tree this year...if I can keep them from her that long... :)

We have been going to this store for years and will continue to go there. This is the only store left with quality well made shoes at fair prices. The east side staff is the best I have ever worked with.

Went in today just to buy some Hey Dude shoes that were on sale. Started talking about my daughter running cross country and how she did need new inserts. Eric was very knowledgeable and helpful. She loves her new inserts so far, and we love our new shoes. Hopefully she has a great running season for cross country without foot pain.

Eric was awesome. I only ended up buying insoles but he helped me find the right ones and let me try them with a bunch of different shoes. You can tell he actually cares about helping people out which is siiiiick. Keep up the good vibes my dude. I'll be back.

My feet always hurt from standing all day. I went into this store was welcomed by Lewis. He showed me a pair that he thought would help. I didn't even look at any options. I have now worn these shoes for three days in a row n I'm absolutely happy with my purchase... my husband also got a pair that day that he loves.. definitely recommend!!!
