I had the best experience buying a suit and other clothes at Tom James in Madisin. WI. I'm not exactly a fancy dresser but Laura walked me through all my options, answered all my questions, helped with color choices and accessories. She also stayed on top of my order and communicated with me perfectly throughout the whole process.
I HIGHLY recommend using Tom James if you need a great suit and you value customer service.

I plan to use Tom James and particularly Sarina Brion for all of my good clothing purchases in the future. Sarina was extraordinarily helpful in helping me clean out my closet of clothes that don’t work (her favorite comment: “would you wear that on a date??”) and in selecting my clothes for life. As she undoubtedly has better taste than me, I let her pick out the style and pattern of my shirts and sport coats. She did it well. Thank you, Sarina.

Worked with Sarina here to get some new clothes. She was great! I have a pretty hectic work schedule so she was able to come to me and get me measured and go over options. Another thing I appreciated is being a dude I don't necessarily keep up with the latest trends so trusted her a lot to make calls on options she thought would look good and she didn't disappoint! I have gone back a few times now for different things and plan to do more business with her in the future.

Rob Ringeisen has been MY clothing guy for almost 15 years now. Always easy to work with, has a great eye for what looks good on me, and always willing to work around my schedule to help me out. Never pushy, always patient. I have enjoyed every piece I have ordered over the years, whether full suits, dress shirts, slacks, or sport jackets. I am a big and tall guy and having my clothing fit for me is a must. Tom James closing is a must. I highly recommend Rob and the Tom James Company.

Rob R was incredibly helpful. I am not someone who knows anything about clothes, but I do know that I want to look sharp for my wedding next week. I got a great suit that will last me years, and great customer service. Rob came to the house and did an initial fitting, and then he took the suit to the tailor for some final alterations and brought it back to me. It fits great and looks great! I highly recommend.

I wanted to look spiffy for my upcoming wedding and decided to work Tom James Company in order to make that happen as I had always heard great things. Being someone who's not very fashion sensible, I needed a bit of guidance. Rob of Tom James was wonderful to work with. With an abundance of options available, Rob helped me narrow down what I was ideally looking for. There are a variety of tiers as far as pricing and quality go, although all seemed like good options. Ultimately, together, I think we put together a jaw-dropper of an outfit. I can't wait to show off my new suit/outfit to my lovely lady come our wedding day!

I've always hated shopping for clothes and settling for clothes that don't fit. Sarina Brion reached out to me after working with a few of my friends. Now for the last 4+ years I've worked with Sarina for everything from casual shorts/shirts to the occasional business suit. She makes the process very easy by stopping by my office a few times a year to figure out what I need. I would highly recommend giving her a shot at helping you out.
