Made appointment and showed up 20 minutes before my appointment time. Watched numerous walk ins get seen prior to me. Waited 20 minutes after my appointment time and left. They don’t care about appointments and prioritize walks ins before people who make appointments. Very poor service to not make sure to see the people who make appointments in timely manner. You lost a lot of business by not providing timely service for the appointment I made in advance.

I started here two years ago when my lower back was on severe pain. Ive since been coming just to maintain back health. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and scheduling is so convenient. Highly recommend.

Best adjustment I have had in 30 years!!! Dr Kevin knows what he is doing. Left a new woman! My back has been out of whack since the birth of our third child. I had a miracle worker chiropractor back then and have been searching ever since. I do not have to search any more. I have found the service with Dr Kevin. I see him everytime I am in town! No appointment. Just walk in and walk out with instant relief!

The Joint Chiropractic has convenient hours, which include being open on the weekends and late during the week. The plans are affordable for chiropractic care. Dr. Pha is very knowledgeable, professional, caring, and listens to my concerns, and addresses my problem areas during each visit. All of the staff at the East Madison location are very friendly. I would definitely recommend!
