We cannot thank the staff enough for fixing my machine and enabling me to finish my son’s costume before surgery. They truly cared about our family and we could not appreciate them more. Will definitely be returning and recommending to others. Thank you!

Very freindly staff. Was here after day the fire at tattoo parlor next door. NO smoke smell in their business and NO damage done to their business from the fire. They are open & NO road detours to get there!

I would highly recommend going to this place! The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I took an embroidery lesson and didn't even know how to run my machine when I walked in. Two hours later I'm making multi-colored designs. I will definitely be back!

Jen had exactly what I needed for a unique, old treadle base with a bobbin winder.It needed a new rubber ring, and she had the PERFECT size!She has literally everything needed to repair antique to contemporary sewing machines and the expertise required. Quick, professional service,and many new machines to amaze you.Highly recommended.Oh, and beautiful fabric collections to choose from. For quilting and garment construction and everything in between. Worth the trip!

I thought my machine was dead because I sewed something entirely too thick. Rodney had it fixed in under 5 minutes and didn't charge me anything. I highly recommend The Electric Needle and will be back if I need anything further. Thank you so much!

I hardly know how to praise Jen highly enough! I spent a couple of days reading articles and watching YouTube videos about hand wheels not turning. Nothing helped. I emailed The Electric Needle and described my issue and asked whether she thought a tune-up could solve the problem. Less than an hour later, I got an email asking whether I might possibly be in bobbin-winding mode. YES! Within 60 seconds, I had flipped that switch and was threading my machine, whistling a happy tune and thanking my lucky stars that I had thought to email The Electric Needle. I give them five stars only because I can't figure out how to give them six. Thanks, Jen!!!!!!

I love this local shop! The employees are such a resource! I'm making my first stays and the woman who helped me knew all about stays and corsets, their construction, etc. She was very helpful and gave me lots of tips and pointers. She also gave me websites to go to for specialty supplies. 100% recommend!

My wife had a problem with her machine so I took it someplace else first. They looked at it for 10 minutes and told me minimum charge would be $100 for an hour to fix the problems. And possibly it was an issue with the computer or electronics which would be beyond their scope to repair. And the turn around time was 12-15 weeks.I went to the Electric Needle and the tech guy turned it on and had the problem solved in 5 minutes. I decided to leave the machine for a cleaning because clearly these guys know what they are doing.I think I found our new sewing store!

The Electric Needle was recommended to me by a member of my sewing group. I think she undersold them when mentioned the team was wonderful as I had a FANTASTIC experience!They turned a 28 day service turn around time into the opportunity to create a bench call system allowing me to keep stitching as I waited my turn. Additionally, during my visit, the team was willing to take the extra time to send me home with resources and tips to help tackle the next skill I’m hoping to build.I will now look forward to taking my machine to get serviced and it is 100% because of the team at Electric Needle. The good people at the Electric Needle have fixed my Juki sewing machine twice. They are professional, friendly, skilled, and I have always been happy with the cost. I highly recommend their services! Plus, you get to see the Duck Car, which always thrills the littles.
