First time customer. Went in for a new watch battery and was completely impressed from the moment I walked in the door. Beautiful store and was greeted immediately by Jade Darby. Told him why I was there and he treated me like I was making a 6 figure purchase! Offered me water and changed my battery for free! I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. Great store and exceptional customer service. I won't go anywhere else from here on out.

I brought my wedding ring in for a cleaning and check. I was told that I needed $400 worth of repairs but decided to hold and talk with my spouse. A month later we decided we would have them repaired and took it back. It was someone new that I spoke with and they reviewed the notes and wanted to “check” it again. Was told it would be $700 worth of repairs. I was so taken back that I walked out. I decided to take to a different place for another opinion and was told it looked great with no repairs needed. I will not be returning to the Diamond Center.

The quality of the diamonds is unmatched - and we receive incredible service every time we go in there! Nate did an amazing job making sure we would love our wedding and engagement rings. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I had a busy day completing errands but my Monday became a great day when Nate Sims, General Manager of The Diamond Center helped me. Nate graciously greeted me at the door. I explained I had a jewelry problem. Two necklaces needed repair. The first necklace had tiny knots on the chain that I couldn’t unknot myself. It wasn’t an expensive piece of jewelry but since it was a gift from my two sons years ago, it had great sentimental value to me. The second necklace’s chain broke and again not valuable but it too had sentimental value to me. He thought that one might need soldering and it could cost $40.00 to repair. He offered to take a look at both, and then asked if I wanted anything to drink or snack on while I waited. Instead, I perused some of their beautiful jewelry pieces (I have started my wish list!) Nate returned with both necklaces repaired and then said, “No charge.” That was unexpected and the quality of service was appreciated. I hope you get a chance to visit. I have a feeling you won’t regret it.

I joined my friend to help him look at engagement rings and a diamond. Trisha helped us out and was great. There was no pressure and my friend and I had already done a fair amount of online shopping. Based on our experiences at the store, the reasonable pricing and warranty, my friend and I both agreed this was the right place and deal. My friend bought both engagement ring and beautiful diamond that day. I fully supported his decision. I wish I had bought from them 10 years ago. I also preferred that it is a family run business.

My boyfriend and I recently went and looked at rings. I wasn't completely sold on what I chose. Jade let us think on it for a week. Unfortunately, I found something somewhere else that I fell in love with. But Jade was awesome when we told him and we will definitely go back for future purchases. I have been buying from the Diamond Center for 30 years. I am a forever customer.

I am so happy I reached out to The Diamond Center! I called b/c I couldnt find someone to replace my battery on my Kendra Scott watch and even get the back off! After many calls to other places, Jade answered and said he had a few tools to try on my watch. I came in and was greeted right away. Jade offered me a water and said he would be right back. Happily I looked around and he was back in minutes with my watch ...AND BOOM, A BATTERY INSTALLED! He didn't charge me either. I was so happy. Kendra Scott was going to have me 1.) pay for the battery and then 2.) pay to ship it and 3.) it would have taken weeks. I will continue to go back to Jade at The Diamond Center for his willness to help me. His excellent customer service is something I havent seen in years. Thank you so much!

Yet again, the most brilliantly done work imaginable! I will never trust anywhere else with my jewelry let alone my ring! Liz, their goldsmith, did the most excellent work replacing the head in my ring! I am the nit-pickiest human on planet earth which was even more fine tuned by working at TDC and having my eye further trained and refined to a T (blessing and a curse ?) and I am so very grateful for how incredibly Nate and the crew take care of me every single time I visit! Also got to chat and catch up with the owner, Steve, today when I stopped in to pick it up as he comes in and spends time at the Madison location weekly! It is huge and makes all the difference to have such an invested owner! Most wonderfully run business; I can say from both the employee AND customer standpoint, that they’re truly impeccable in every department. I couldn’t speak higher of The Diamond Center — both locations! I’d never go anywhere else.

Stellar! I don't know anything about jewelry but I absolutely know excellent customer service when I see it. I walked in with no appointment one day looking to have a stainless steel pendant and bail resoldered with a stainless steel ring. The moment I stepped in Chloe Higgs was by the door and welcomed me despite my white trash appearance ?Long story short, they were not able to provide the main service I walked in for and made some recommendations of shops that may be able to work with stainless in this manner. I let her know I'd be back to purchase a replacement chain from them should I be able to get it repaired. I indeed did find a shop (Goodman's on State St.).Today I walked in, Nate asked if he could get me a coffee and said I could make myself comfortable while I waited for Chloe. This honestly is a wonderful shop and I very highly suggest taking your business here.

Picked out a very special bracelet. It has my dad's signature and smiley that he always did on it. I couldn't be happier about how it turned out my husband and I always go to the Diamond Center for our jewelry needs. That's where our wedding rings are from. We always work with Nate he made sure it was just the way I wanted it. He is the best, highly recommend! Only place will go for our jewelryneeds.Janet & Dan Biefeld
