This place is too big to function properly. Elevator is regularly broken, carts are used or taken during move in, ac is always broken and light burn out with it weeks of changing bulbs. Two stars are for the coffee shop connected to it because that’s the only perk.

Would not recommend. AC habitually would not work during the summer, got brutally hot in my unit and the management company refused to replace the AC unit. Periodic sewage smell would come out of the bathroom, those two issues alone among others would make me avoid this place

Lived here from 2020 to 2021.Had to get police involved in 2021 when I was awoken to someone trying to enter my unit. Management said cameras were not available to investigate. I broke my lease shortly after since I no longer felt safe.Management at the time did little to ensure security when packages were stolen from the lower building around christmas of 2020.Hopefully management has improved.

Great location. Can't be beaten. Shopping and restaurants all walkable.

It's only been a few weeks of living here but it's been great so far. We are so close to everything we need. Question--does anyone know if living here gets you discounts to Salvatores/Cargo Coffee? We didn't get much info from the residential office

They advertise as “high-end” but things are not well kept at all for the prices they charge. When we moved into our apartment, it wasn’t even cleaned properly and the countertop was cracked in half in one place. The stairs in the building are disgusting and look like they haven’t been touch up painted in forever, the buttons on the elevator have not been working for forever so you have to stand there trying to press it any way you can before someone calls the elevator and you’re sent to the top floor when you wanted to go down! The gym is gross like they have not been in there to check on things in MONTHS. There’s piles of dust around all the walls if you look close enough (you would think they would be cleaning more because of COVID...) and the equipment desperately needs an upgrade. The fabric on the benches are completely ripped open where it almost hurts your pack to lay on it when doing exercises. At that point, just replace some equipment! I mean come on... it’s pretty bad. Don’t love this management company. Seems like they don’t really care about the residents at all- would not recommend.

This has been a great place to live! I have been here for 2 1/2 years. Management has always been quick to respond with with any needs. Location is awesome with a grocery store, restaurants, bars, and music venue all less then a block away. The gym is huge! Best apartment gym I have seen. Highly reccomend living here!!

I have lived at the Constellation for ~8 months so far and am very pleased with my experience. Just today I realized I had forgotten to refill my cat's water when I would be away for a few days, and the cat sitter could not make it out this morning. When I called tentatively asking if maintenance would maybe be able to check on her and possibly refill the water dish, Lauren of management personally went to my unit, filled the water dish, and sent an email within the hour letting me know my cat was okay. As an admitted crazy cat lady, a gesture like this is the fastest way to my heart. This experience and my general satisfaction so far have prompted me to write this (probably over-long) review.

Although not a resident of the building, I spend a great deal of time here and have noticed nothing but cheap construction materials and lazy management (such as asking residents to put extra effort into closing the door into the building from the 3rd floor garage as opposed to fixing the door so it will work as expected or not putting effective garage door trip wires in the garages so they work in the cold. The ones used by the Constellation are cheap and often require getting out of the vehicle to hit the garage door opener. Good thing parking is only $100+ a month....). The windows in the units are very cheap and in the winter you can feel the cold seeping in, often from several feet away. The workout room is very cramped and has awful ventilation, and not a week goes by without an alarm going off in the building that does not seem to be addressed for days by the joke of a management team.

Slightly Overpriced for what you get.
