I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. The technician at att can't help me so they send me to Tech heroes and they get my microphone working in few seconds. Turnout it was a plastic seal cover the microphone.Thank you Tech heroes of Madison!

I had a very good experience getting an android screen repaired. It was ready in under 2 hours which was a huge relief. Friendly staff. I recommend calling ahead as they did open 2 hours late due to staffing.

Went to get my iPhone screen fixed. It stopped working after only 11 hours, wouldn’t react to the touch of my finger. Went back during their business hours and the door was locked. Leaving for a trip and can’t even get my phone fixed properly and the employees can’t be there during business hours. Not reliable.

I have been doing business w/tech heroes every since they've been open& they never seem to fail me, no matter which one I go to I always get really good customer service& alot of times depending on what's wrong w/the phone, as long as there's nothing major, they don't even charge like most electronic stores,their not trying to get your money, they just really like helping people, this morning I checked out the one on mineral pt rd&the young man fixed my phone less then a minute& sent me on my way,so grateful& thankful for you guys. Went here for a replacement battery for my Pixel 2 cell phone. Once they got the battery in after ordering it, I dropped my phone off with them and they had the battery replacement done and I was able to pick my phone back up from them same day.It's been 6 months since the battery replacement and the battery still holds a charge quite well.

I wish I had taken the other bad review from Amy more seriously, because the same thing pretty much happened to me. I dropped off my laptop with a broken hinge. I was told it would take a week or two to fix. The next week I got the diagnostic and quote, they even asked me for my laptop password. Two weeks go by and I heard nothing. I called them to check on my laptop and they said they haven't ordered my parts yet because they were waiting for me to call them. WHY? I was already contacted with a price and accepted the charges. So I guess the guy that called me just didn't communicate to his coworkers and took my password for nothing? So they had my laptop for three weeks, and didn't do anything. They also don't fix the tech at this location, they fix everything on the East side. To pick up my laptop I had to Uber to the other side of town to get it.
