I went in expecting to spend a $100+ for a new charging port. After waiting for him to patiently walk someone through setting up 2-factor authentication over the phone, I was advised to purchase new cable instead. $10 later, everything works fine.This guy is integrity all the way down.Could you go to a national chain and, depending upon the model, maybe get it done for slightly less? Sure. But in my experience, Tech Heroes let Ben Franklin walk out the door because it was the right thing to do. I plan to go back and will advise friends and family to do the same.

This place is awesome, i come here to replace my screen protector all the time. They are very fast and friendly , you get greeted with a smile the moment you walk in. Lower rates than most pc repair in the area and very honest! Their fee to diagnose was less than half of what I was quoted elsewhere and before even doing the diagnostics they gave me advice on what I could do myself to solve my issue free of charge!

Stopped in on a whim today with my iPhone 12. It hasn't been charging properly for months and I was assuming I may need to buy a new phone. It took them 5 minutes to clean my charging port and everything works great again! I am super happy!
