This isn’t really a review for TMobile, but a review for this store’s manager Austin (I believe he’s the manager, either way he was working alone the night we went in, so if he’s not the manager TMobile should promote him due to his superior customer service).I’m not sure anyone cares about the details, so let me just say that he went above and beyond to track down a receipt that showed we were owed a particular service, and this was not as easy of a task as it might sound here. Without his diligence and commitment to taking care of us, we would have been either left out of luck, or left paying for something we shouldn’t have. Having had enough experiences with other retailers, we are confident that the vast majority of others would not have gone to the extent he did to help us. It was the end of the night on MLK day, the store was getting ready to close and he could have just said “sorry guys I can’t help you”, but instead he showed us what Quality Customer Service looks like. We will be back and we encourage others to go to this Tmobile as well.

Was at this store about a week ago. While there, another customer came in to pay his bill. After the lady took his payment, he had a meltdown that the payment had already been taken out of his bank account. Employees let him be rude to them for a few minutes before he was asked to leave, or they'd have to call security. This guy refused to leave, so the employees called security. The employees handled this interaction very well, and I hope that the customer is no longer allowed at any T-Mobile store after that.I know this customer posted a review as well, and I'd like to remind him and all other customers that all stores these days have multiple cameras watching employees and customers.

A BIG thank you to Sam and Donald at the West Towne Tmobile store. They were very professional and made my transition from Verizon quick easy and painless. Even gave me tips for a better carrier experience like Tmobiles Tuesday program. Definitely look forward to sticking with Tmobile and being a customer for this store

Extremely bad experience at this store.After learning about a phone upgrade option, we called the T-Mobile and found out that we qualify once we make the due payment on the account. The workers in the store said that the payment WOULD NOT be processed until the end of the cycle so we couldnt upgrade even if we paid at the store. After making the payment at the store, we asked if the payment was processed and we were not given an answer. We called the a T Mobile representive at the store to see if the payment WAS PROCESSED and if we could go ahead and upgrade. This store LIED to us because the representative was saying that the payment was processed on SPEAKER phone. We requested the manager either talk to the customer servive on the phone are give them the store phone # so that they could clarify the confusion for us. The store manager refused, and got angry and into a power trip and called security, started shouting and then started to record us.We went to the T Mobile store on university and we were able to upgrade within 30 mins.1. The payment was processed and there was no reason for them to refuse us service. They could see it on their IPAD that it was paid and we were able to confirm at this store.2. For some reason the initial workers lied to us. The one that lied went to the backroom and did not come out again. The other one seemed to be new and was not familiar with the policy.3. We were not raising our voice or yelling at the workers in the store and we did not deserve to be embarrased for being confused about T Mobile policy and requesting clarification.4. The manager has some power trip issues as another review shows he has a habit of calling security on customers and is an agitator.I dont understand why they would lie to customers and how they could be so rude.

Very bad service. Store asks to call customer service and C.S. ask you to go to store. No one helps at the store. Also no knowledge on available plan and they try and sell higher ones. The store associates are rude and unwilling to address customer issues. Avoid this store. The one in greenway blvd is better. They were attentive, willing and great.

Very poor service I didn’t get any help from them. I was asking about information how do I become a t mobile user they just ignored me and cut my call while i am talking with them instead of no answer of my question. There behavior is so bad ????I haven’t seen any t mobile employee before like that.

I have never had such an awful experience. I came in on a Sunday after my phone lost signal in the middle of the night and was thinking it could be solved quickly. Nope, 3 hours later and I was walking out of there with a new phone and my old phone that hadn't yet been transferred over to my new one. Did I need a new phone? Probably not - but the guy helping me took one look at it and tried to convince me that I did. I wish for the life of me that Ricky (the other guy working) hadn't been busy because he could have probably saved me $400. It took 3 hours of the guy helping me (I can't remember his name) trying to activate my phone and the second Ricky came over to help he had it taken care of. The only upside to my visit is that at least HE knew what he was doing. I was forced to upgrade my plan and I'm now paying $40/more per month. After leaving and realizing none of my stuff had transferred over, I took it to Apple where they helped me immediately and told me that it should not have taken that long at T-Mobile. Go anywhere but this store and save yourself some time.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I’m waiting in line for my turn in a girl comes in and she is behind me. The guy started to help me and she said is there anyone else to help me I just have to turn in my phone. He said no just us two. I’ll be with you in a minute. he decides to help her while he was helping me. I told him I'm not trying to be rude but you’re helping me first she can wait just like I had to wait, he was like well I can help two people at once. He was going back and forth. That was not my idea of good customer service. I will go to another T-Mobile and never return to the one at West Town Mall.
