Went to this location after we left another T-Mobile location only to find out the new phone they set up for us didn’t connect to the network. Rex was friendly, professional, and took care of the issue in 5 minutes. We will definitely come to this T-Mobile store in the future!

My iPhone completely froze. I went to the T-mobile on Zeir Rd. and they were completely unhelpful. Gave me no information or options. Made me feel like I was bothering them.I then stopped at T-mobile on Broadway in Monona.Completely different experience. I was there a couple of times the week December 18. Both employees were friendly, knowledgable and helpful.

This company is the worst in the world, the telephone signal is real garbage, apart from the fact that I felt , I bought two prepaid lines which were of no use to me and the next day I wanted to make a refund and they told me that it can't be done, practically, I felt scammed.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable. I came by with my mother, who was visiting for Thanksgiving. She had issues accessing her current phone (which they quickly resolved). They walked us through some options for an upgrade; we picked one, transferred the data and we were done. The team members were patient and explained things well; my mother is not very tech savvy, so their calm, service-minded attitude was greatly appreciated. Thank you - Austin, and thank you Tyler and Rex as well. You guys are awesome, keep up the great work. I'll probably make the switch to T-Mobil b/c if you guys.

**DON’T GO HERE. I LEARNED THAT THIS IS A THIRD PARTY TMOBILE. GO TO A CORPORATE ONE. SUN PRAIRIE OR ANY OTHER CORPORATE T-MOBILE WILL HELP YOU MORE THAN THIS LOCATION.I’m fed up with this location and I was lied to. First of all, I went to the store last month to get a new phone and it took the guy, Mark and the manager that was there, 2.5 hours to activate a phone and cash me out (that I found out I had to wait shipping for so that was a waste of time). I don’t know how I was so patient with the store because that’s way too long. They told me that I was going to get 3 trackers as a promo for free and it would save me $5 on my new line. (THEY WERE VAGUE ABOUT IT AND IT’S NOT FREE AT ALL). I signed up for it. Then I find out they only gave me 1 box of tracker and the T-Mobile rep signed me up for 2 PHONE LINES (which was not what I wanted). They also signed me up for the protection plan (which I told them NO as well!) idk if they wanted extra commission but this was just not the way to go if I told them no? Thanks to them my bill is over $80 this month. Customer service has been a pain and I will never come back to this store after I cancel and get credited for everything I got with them. I am beyond pissed for being lied to and getting everything stacked on to help this guy’s commission.I went to the sun prairie location and they helped me straighten it out. TURNS OUT, this location lied to me about the promotion and charged me continuously $12 EVERY MONTH instead of the $6 like in the promo. Mark was stacking on all these ad-ons that I didn’t even need without my knowledge. I’m more pissed that he activated 2 PHONE LINES and a $36 Protection plan WITHOUT my knowledge. Luckily the rep understood the situation and even though it’s been a month, I’m able to return everything I got from them.

I went to this store on Broadway Madison, and my experience was over the moon. The staff was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would especially like to appreciate the services given by Austin. He is so wonderful. Me and my husband just love this guy; he was so helpful and knows how to complete his job professionally.

I've been waiting patiently for the automated request to review my experience at the T-Mobile store on Broadway in Madison, WI... but it hasn't arrived yet. So, I'll just put it here...I had the surprise of a lifetime after I walked in this T-Mobil store! I had the pleasure of meeting Austin, who is a very knowledgeable T-Mobile employee (Ast. Manager here). But this is NOT what I had been accustomed to finding inside ANY previous T-Mobile brick & mortar stores... EVER! I first experienced really the absolute WORST service in my entire life in the T-Mobile stores in the Champaign, IL area!!! Who were NEVER on the same page as Corporate T-Mobile. My family and I wasted uncalculated resources driving into Champaign hoping that our concerns would be addressed with some expertise. But that was never the case. But this review is about Austin and his store... I was pleasantly surprised that Austin knew soo much about every nuance of what I was interested in. Plus, he educated me on something that I will be calling 611 tomorrow to get addressed... they will need to listen to my last call on the 11/10/2023. That agent told me something that I now know T-Mobile will have to adjust my monthly bill to meet. But more about Austin, he took special interest in assisting me with all of my concerns and had answers and explanation's for it all! I went in there to return a phone I had been led to believe was on a free 3rd line and would be allowed on my Magenta 55+ plan... but realistically it was only allowed if I had the new Go Plan. And this is something else I am going to try and get them to give me as the agent that set me up with this, PROMISED me I would get what he told me. And as I was informed about, if an agent states something as FACT, then T-Mobile HAS to back it up! Misleading customers is apparently not allowed and they are responsible for what they tell us! Which would be a really nice breath of fresh air!!I will always make sure that Austin is around before I make any treks over there for anything. It's just like when you get a mechanic that you find out is completely honest and very knowledgeable about what they say & do... we keep that mechanic on speed dial! Thank you Austin!!! You really and truly made my month!!! Here's hoping they recognize greatness and give you a raise!

I went to T-Mobile on West Broadway today (Sunday May 21st) to get a phone and the man who worked with me made it a great experience. I appreciated his work and his kindness. He even was kind to my husband to share with him information about a google phone he is interested in. Thanks much!

Stephen ( store manager) was amazing. Helped my entire family get a new plan and new phones. He took time finding us the best deal and was very friendly. Great service and would def recommend this store. His co worker there was great as well. They both did a great job.

I wouldnt want my worst enemy to go to this location rude staff. I went to this location and the fat old man in the store wouldn't even get off the chair to welcome us in. He truly did not have good service

Do not go to this location (maybe others as well). Went to buy a new phone and they claimed that several other things were “included in the price”. However, this was a false and a scam. Now we can’t return the items because the workers are apparently incapable of doing so and the manager is never there.Do not let them scam you as they did to us.

Horrible customer service. Visited mid-day on a Tuesday and waiting in the empty store for over 5-min before a young woman came out from a locked room. I was there to see about a defective phone (which from the Apple Store, I later found out had a recall on). She didn't seem to care about the issue, nor did she even attempt to offer an upgrade or trade-in for a working phone, but instead just highlighted part of a phamplet and told me to call the 1-800 number. That's it. Avoid this place and the high-schoolers they hire to work there who have no idea what they're doing.

I had a really good experience here. I was helped by Keyshawn, who helped me quickly get set up for mobile internet. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and even hooked it up with a promo code. He was working with another woman, whose name I don't recall, but was also very welcoming and friendly. I'm glad I chose to drive to this location; the one in Janesville is awful. They didn't seem to be able to answer any of my questions. With this location, I was in and out and a satisfied customer.
