I've been with the company for few years now I haven't had any problems up until recently when I was paying for a lower premium then all of a sudden it jumps and now I'm paying for more out the blue no email stating why I'm paying more I've had a clean driving record for years now why is it just now going up ? And also everytime I try and email them it takes them 2 weeks to reply I am very disappointed on how this is being manged with poor communication if there is a cheaper option for the same plan then I will be switching ...

Not sure why there are so many reviews about poor customer service. I’ve been with Susan and her team for a couple of years and so far things have been great! Sure they raise the prices, but what insurance company doesn’t?? I’ve got my home and auto through them and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Been at this agency for a number of years. Seems whenever I call it’s a scramble to find someone to answer my question or help me. Two days ago I called to ask a question. Person said they would call me back when they found the answer. They called me back and said that the person who could help me was out of the office. But would call me Wednesday two days later at 2. It’s now 5 no call. Other reviewers raved about great customer service. I’ve never experienced good service at this office. Sorry about the bad review
