Staff are sweet. Short wait during off hours. Only 1 stand up bed which I prefer. During my 6 month package, there were always bulbs out despite me alerting staff.

Love the spray tan for a year option. I come pretty much weekly and it's an amazing deal. I have moved so it's harder to come in, wish they would open up in the Dells!!!

I love coming here. However, since Mary started (in recent months I believe) she has made me genuinely uncomfortable with how much product and up-selling she pushes on me. I am in sales for a living. I get it. It has come to a point where I'm getting irritated. I come to this location because of the friendly staff and to have my "me-time". They don’t explain the memberships clearly at all before having you sign up and pay. VERY MISLEADING! I signed up for a 1 month membership, tried to cancel after 1 month and am told that I can’t. Then I get charged $15 more than I was told I would. So i’ve spent over $100 for 2 months of tanning that I didn’t even want. I was told since I signed the form, there’s nothing they can do. Even though I never saw what I was signing, just was verbally told to come in before the end of the month to cancel. Super bad customer service.

It was my first time getting a spray tan and the cashier talked me through every option and all of the steps. Great staff and great location.

Super expensive and the spray tan didn't really work on the right side and gave me a half tan and they didn't even give me a credit/refund. Told me to call after the fact when I was leaving for vacation in the morning.

Not even worth one star. There is always some sort of problems going on that no one has a solution or the authority to fix. Absolutely not worth the money.

Great customer service! The price is a little pricey compared to other tanning salons but the beds are very nice.

Alisha was very rude and unhelpful. Every promotion that we tried to use was disputed. The free spray tan for a first timer was only valid before 4 pm apparently. Student discounts were not a thing. The 5 for $8 deal is "only allowed once a year" and the spray tan can only be a light shade; neither of which are shown online. Will not be returning!

I wasn’t given all the information when I started and ended up locked into a 6 month contract which is really 7 months and they won’t cancel it until after 7 months of taking my money even though I don’t go tanning!!BEWARE!!!!!Service: Tanning

Sam and Skylar are super knowledgeable. Superb customer service! I ended up accidentally leaving a sentimental piece of jewelry here after a spray tan and I was so thankful that they kept it safe for me. I will definitely be back for more services here!

This company does not offer refunds. If you sign up for a year and happen to move out of the area. the best they can offer is a store credit ..AND at a higher monthly rate..not at the rate you paid upfront(right from managments mouth) obviously store credit doesnt work if you..moved.out.of.the.area!! if a person pays for a year out and has an unexpected life change businesses should accomodate. you took my money up front but arnt willing to accomodate any change which is very unfortunate.*update: i did reach out to their corporate office and they are unwilling to help!Service: Tanning
