I went here for the first time today, and unfortunately I couldn’t get my car washed because of the bike rack I had attached to my car, which I totally understand. The employee who talked to me about it told me I could still use the vacuums for free, which I did. I deeply appreciated the opportunity to use the vacuum since I was really looking forward to getting all the dog hair out of my car before having family in there a couple hours later. Top notch customer service and super strong vacuums (with unlimited time!). I can’t wait to go back and get my car washed once I have the bike rack off!

Some great guys work here, my car has been plagued with tree sap and they did everything they could to help me get it off. I'll definitely be back!

So to the woman that called about my review. You are very rude and full of excuses. My experience was bad and you should have called and apologized but instead you called with an attitude and trying to prove me wrong. I am looking at my car after going through your car wash several times my car every single time was still covered in bugs but once I went to the Janesville location and went through only one time my car is clean. Do not call me about this review, you should be fired you treated me horribly on the phone and tried to blame everything on me.

Staff are very helpful, carwash is pricey but well done and vacuums are free with car wash. Great place for full car cleaning.

I have been going to the car wash in Sun Prairie for well over a year and I have gotten some really poor service from this location, so poorly I stopped 3 of our vehicles from the unlimited car wash all because they were not willing to help me out with suspending two of my vehicles for me because something happened to the vehicles that was out of my control!!! Very disappointed!!

I stopped last week to wash my work vehicle because it was very close by. And I've always been intrigued by the nice vacuums and facility. Didn't know that the vacuums were free with car wash purchase. BONUS UNLIMITED TIME super strong auction and long hoses on both sides of the vehicle. As I pulled out of my car wash the sign said text... To.... For free wash so I did in couple of days got a text for a free coupon for wash. Just used it on my personal vehicle which needed a lot of vacuuming coupon gave me a free $20 wash and all the vacuum time I needed. Awesome place will be back again for sure. Thanks.

We love this carwash! It's clean and the vacuums are always the best. Jason is extremly helpful and kind- he goes above and beyond to make sure things run smoothly and that we are taken care of!

Shout out to my man Dave at the Eastpark location in Madison. I’ve always used this location since I got my latest car. And the staff is always friendly. When I went through today I showed him my new hat. It has an LED display. And I was displaying that “I only use Mr. Splash” he loved it. And so I’m posting this. He made my day.

Great car wash. Cleans entire car really well and underbody and the vacuum area is great too. Friendly staff and great intro free car wash coupon as well!
