Chris Keenan is an incredible artist! He took our ideas for wedding rings and created the most gorgeous matching set. The original stone in the setting was a beach stone. It shattered and Chris suggested we replace it with white jade. It is absolutely perfect!!! I would recommend Chris and all the folks at Studio Jewelers to anyone!

I brought in a necklace I had broken that I deeply cared for, and they fixed it good as new! While there, they helped me walk through the process, along with options of chain replacement, and were really kind and thoughtful throughout. Staff were very kind, friendly, and patient with me, and very transparent about what costs/time would look like. Incredibly helpful and reasonable, and would definitely come back for any other jewelry fixing needs!

Over almost 20 years I have had four pieces of jewelry made by Hanna, Studio Jewelers, and all are absolutely fantastic. Recently, I asked her to find a sapphire of very specific color to replace a diamond in my engagement ring. It took some time, but she found the perfect stone. Her work is absolutely brilliant.

A pair of earrings I purchased in February at the Tucson Gem & Mineral Show did not hang quite right. The staff at Studio Jewelers took care of me, adjusting them. Now I can wear them. Very happy!

Stopped in on a whim to ask what it might cost to have a bit of costume jewellery of some sentimental value, a ring, knocked back into shape. In a split second, they were checking the setting, then it was whisked off to the back where the goldsmith took personal charge of it. While I waited, I noticed the tasteful designs on display and asked the sales staff about one of them and was impressed by their knowledge of the materials used. I felt I learned a few things. Then the ring was back, looking better than the day I'd bought it. Every odd bend, warp and ding in this $5.00 ring had been removed and the bit of crystal in the setting had been cleaned, polished. I was a bit dazzled, stunned by the whole process and thought, okay-- here comes the bill. "How much do I owe you?""Nothing, we love doing this kind of thing for people."Even offered me a bag-- which I was too embarrassed to accept.The sales staff were astonishing. I'd been out walking in the summer heat for hours, looked a right mess, and was greeted with sympathetic smiles and professional service on a level that I'd never experienced before. If I lived in Madison, Studio Jewelers would have a loyal customer. I fear those gorgeous little green garnet and gold earrings will have been sold long before my next visit.

Don't walk, run! Fine jewelry is supposed to be all about customer service, but this store never got the memo. If you appreciate arrogant contempt, and being asked repeatedly "are you going to buy something?", you will love this place!

Come for the overpriced jewelry, stay for the horrible customer service! Seriously the owner of this store is extremely arrogant, she followed me around and kept asking me "are you going to buy something? are you going to buy something?". Most pieces lack any kind of feature stone that would have any real value, several cases were full of tacky looking garbage that the owner told me were made by "famous artists". This place is a dinosaur, waiting to go extinct. It's literally everything wrong with the jewelry business, all in one place.

My wife and I have purchased more than a few items from Studio Jewelers. We love the diversity of jewelry available here. It is Hanna and her team who really makes Studio Jewelers stand out. Every single time, they've gone above and beyond for us. For example, I purchased a ring for our anniversary. I did it last minute and completely expected to wait beyond my anniversary for the resizing to be completed. Knowing the anniversary was coming up, they took it upon themselves to complete the resize in time for me to have it in a beautifully gift wrapped box on the day of our anniversary. Please understand, this was just luck on my part that they had this opening in their schedule. But it shows they do everything they can for their customers when they are able. Studio Jewelers is our first choice when we want to find a special gift for those who mean the most. We want to thank Hanna and her team and we want you to give them your business.
