This place is so disgusting there are so many spiders that you can't even pump your gas this is insane management needs to do something about this other locations don't have this problem because they are cleaning the pumps during the day that's what needs to happen so that the spiders don't nest here. I came to fill up my gas and get a snack and use the restroom and the restroom was disgusting and the pumps are disgusting so now I'm going down the street to another location

I love kwik trip but this one never seems to have any hot food, and even worse the pumps are loaded with spiders. I could have taken a picture with a lot more spiders but would rather show how close they are to the buttons. Its absolutely overrun. No other complaints, but the sheer number of spiders brought me to writing this.

I had given up hope on the quick trips food items until today whoever is running your kitchen and managing this store should be a GM and should run all the training program for all of the kwik trips in the area. Customer service, quality control, store cleanliness and organization. A++

I live close to this location and regularly go for convenience items like onions, eggs, and for a spell chicken barbeque pizzas and beer. Hot food is Kwik Tip quality and products past time are removed promptly, as it should be. Available hot food ready-to-go availability depends on the day, but I have seen the entire lineup at one point or another. Staff range from friendly people to people who fear not being over-the-top friendly (depends on the day). Clean bathrooms and a clean store. Has a US postal service drop box out front, is a stop on the new F line for Madison metro busses, and has a functional tire inflator (last time I needed that). One of the biggest draws is that somehow this location will regularly have nearly the cheapest gas in the city and will often rival Costco and other budget locations by a few pennies.If I had a complaint it would be that bagged milk/juice is either very popular or not stocked regularly and the period of time without thin-crust take-n-bake chicken pizzas has been/is rather dreadful.

Good selection of stuff. The staff is always nice and personable, and the bathrooms are maintained absurdly well. That second one surprised me a lot, won't lie, but it's very much appreciated.

This Kwik Trip was good but in the past week I've gotten hot food from there twice out of 4 times they didn't have the item in the right spot and I got something I didn't want. I won't be stopping at this one anymore. At least for food. The bathrooms are usually nice, that's where the 2nd star comes from.

Don't waste your time at this Kwik Trip. Go to the one down the road on University. They constantly run out of bags of ice in the store and have to run outside. They never fill it more than two stacks of ice at a time in store. I go in at 9pm today and they wouldn't run outside to grab any and the cashier was rude. Saying the reason was summer when in reality they just never fill the one in the store. It's out back but he didn't want to walk to 30 feet to the one outside. So much for hospitality. They are constantly the slowest Kwik trip in town with the longest lines. They don't open up extra lines when there are 6/7 people in line. Its crazy.
