Lack of accuracy on the part of the sales associate made the experience a poor one. The associate ordered the incorrect mattress frame so the delivery team was unable to set up the bed when they delivered it. The sales associate did not inform us that the Purple mattress needs 24 hours to settle and expand to the proper shape before it can be slept on. The mattress was delivered on Tuesday and we were informed the mattress frame and set up cannot be completed until Saturday. Due to the uptick in Covid we want to keep contact with people to a minimum. Having the delivery team return a second time to complete the installation is an inconvenience.

My salesman was Chadwick Billy at the location by West Towne and I have to tell you if you need a mattress or frame, he's your guy he was a pleasure to work with and made sure I got what I really needed and helped me thru entire process. Hard to find good customer service these days but he restored my faith in the fact that there is still good customer service out there, you just need to be lucky enough to find it. Thank you Chadwick Billy pleasure working with you.

Keller was great and answered all my questions when I stopped in on a Friday so that I could be directed to the right mattresses to try. I came back Saturday with my husband to check out the 2-3 matresses I narrowed it down to. Placing the order was easy and delivery was set up for the following Wednesday. Then on Monday I called with some questions and Chad was so helpful. I am so grateful to Chad for helping me add a new foundation to the order and making sure it could be on the same Wednesday delivery. Really outstanding service at Steinhafels Mattress! And of course delivery was great and right on time!

Shopping for mattresses. Steinhafels had one I liked. But it wasn't on sale and it had a hefty delivery charge ($129) plus another $25 to remove the old mattress. So I decided to look further. Found the same mattress elsewhere (on sale) with no charge for delivery and no charge for removal. Steinhafels' total price wound up being almost three times more than what I paid the other vendor. This could be an extreme example, but certainly a reminder that "buyer beware" is always a good idea.
