I purchased a bedroom set from Steinhafels and had them deliver the items. The delivery truck came and every single piece of furniture was damaged/broken. The delivery people asked me if I still wanted the damaged furniture. Obviously, I told them not. It took me another six months to get the same furniture. I talked to the manager of Steinhafels by East Towne and he was the worst person I have ever come into contact with!! He was rude, belligerent and a horrible human being!! I WILL NEVER, EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM steinhafels AGAIN AS LONG AS I LIVE. The people that work there are atrocious and the quality is horrific. Never go there for anything!!!!!

Had a great experience ordering new living room furniture with my wife, Michelle. Owen did a great job working with us and definitely had a lot of patience as we worked thru exactly what we wanted! Very glad we stopped in and spoke to him earlier in the week

The salesman, Ken, was very helpful and I'd give him five stars. I am not happy about a store/corporate policy that requires a restocking fee for a mattress when there is supposed to be a satisfaction guarantee. It is not a guarantee if you have to pay for it. Therefore, I give four stars.

My experience was a phone call checking on the long delinquent delivery of two lamps purchased on 7/14/23. While pleasant enough, your representative knew very little of the process checking on earlier open orders. On earlier calls it was apparent previous sales were of little attention absorbing concern and absolutely no sense of responsibility to pursue or satisfy earlier commitments. The ability to pick up one lamp currently in the warehouse without losing our place at the front of the que to receive the second was seemingly impossible to resolve at less than the managerial level. Someone would have to call me with a resolution. No one has called. At this long delayed interval, I would think your reputation would want to rush what you have to our door as a courtesy along with a believable promise that the balence of the order would be energetically pursued.

We visited multiple stores looking for furniture A1 and Bob's before Steinhafels, and not only did Steinhafels have the best quality furniture, but their salespeople were excellent! Ken Marvel was by far the most professional, kind, and helpful sales associate we met that day and he helped us find the perfect couch and table. He understood aesthetic and comfort along with be efficient by listening to our needs and drilling home to furniture choices that were a perfect fit. It felt like we got an expert guide which was helpful in that massive store. I would recommend going to Steinhafels and ask for Ken, he'll help you find whatever you're looking for.- Joe

Great customer service at time of the sale but extremely poor thereafter. They didn't calculate the down payment accurately, later reached out and told us we needed to return. Found out when we were checking our oder status that one of our pieces were cancelled. We've tried to reach our sales rep directly without success, called the store on multiple occasions to only receive promises of callbacks, and are very frustrated. Can't say I'll ever buy from here again.

Our shopping experience has been great. Our sales person H. guided us thru many options. We decided on a set of living room furniture. We made a last minute change and Steinhafels and H. jumped thru hoops to accommodate! BTW we shopped at several stores and definitely made the correct choice.

I bought two of these expensive leather recliners, 3yrs ago and did not purchase the extended warranty as you can see below the factory warranty is really good. I called steinhafels because one chair is making a noise and would like to have someone come and look at it. Their reply was you didn't buy the extended warranty so we cannot send one of our service men to help. We sell the parts for the chairs but we will not service them. I replied we will pay whatever for the service and she said no I would have to find someone who fixes those chairs. They couldn't even recommend anyone for me. I am very disappointed, they couldn't help me. I will never buy anything from them again. They are willing to sell you something but not willing to back their furniture up.

They added surprise charges when I was checking out.$130 delivery. $100 for a mattress protector if i want to us the 120 day sleep guarantee. The mattress went on sale for $900. It was $1000 and qualifies for free delivery. So now the mattress is $1030. ($900 + $130). Nice sale. I talked them into raising the price $100 to $1000 and got the free delivery.My wife selected the mattresses. So I put up with all this.But I will never go back there.I did not leave feeling good.

Becky was wonderful. On time for my 10 o’clock appointment and gave me some options to look at for bedroom and dining sets. Moved the chairs around for me which was so nice of her. She was very accommodating when asked about other furniture and never pushed for the hard sell. Loved her right off the bat Friendly and welcoming. Can’t wait to work with her again.

Went to find a sectional and the saleswoman (Brenda) was just the best. She was super helpful didn’t pressure us and sold us a lovely sectional. Would definitely buy from here again to work with Brenda again.

Purchased a Beautyrest Black LX Mattress and was just delivered today. At the Store a Salesman name Jordan helped us and was very nice and very knowledgeable too. Made our purchase easy and fun. Delivery went well with guys right on time took away our old Mattress and Box Spring too. (We paid $25.00 for them to take it away). THIS IS UPDATE, MY WIFE WENT TO TURN MATTRESS TO PUT CLEAN SHEETS ON AND NOTICED THIS BULGE FROM BOXSPRING… IT WAS BROKE . DIDNT NOTICE ON DELIVERY THEY SLAPPED THE MATTRESS ON AND HAD TO SEE IT AND SAID NOTHING. WOULD NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE….

Store is very well staged, employees were very helpful.Very happy with price on our new sectional set and love seat that we purchased.10 day wait on my in stock purchase was the only downside.
