This use to be my favorite place to thrift, after this recent remodel it feels more like a soulless apple store in a strip mall. Things that where over priced are now pure insanity, I'm not paying you $75 for two tiny speakers. Or $20 for dress pants with a Marshalls $5 clearance tag from 1990. So disappointing.

Waste of time going in and they will take products out of your hand and refuse to sell it even when they put it out on the floor. If you are too lazy to actually put prices on an item then don’t waste your time putting it on the floor.Your reply doesn’t change a thing. I have been to thrift stores before that price items at the counter quit being lazy. Thrift stores have items that sometimes people can’t find again so yes it is very disappointing to experience this and make this the new thrifting experience at your store. It’s a dumb rule and lazy.

So dissapointed! Went to check it out and was rudely checked out by a heavier set girl with lots of scabs on her arms. Literally hate going places like these as a black person. Watched her be super nice to everyone else yet so cold and uninviting towards me despite my demeanor being perfectly mild and inviting. Feeling completely upended by this girl. Thanks for ruining my day.

Solid selection, decent prices. Didn't find anything I wanted this time around but I'd go back

Cleared out all of their 4t girls' summer clothes for my daughter. Lots of cute options. I got several brand new items myself. My fiance got herself some new work clothes

This used to be great with all sorts of finds. However, the deals just aren’t there anymore. They know what they have, and they price it as such. It’s to the point where if you find anything decent you might as well have bought it on Craigslist. This is a thrift store, not an antique or a consignment shop. Cut it out, Saint Vinnies.Edit: as a case in point, I uploaded a picture of a $62 toaster. Yes, it is a nice toaster, but that isn’t the point.

Great store. Not a lot of parking but the shopping experience was great. Book selection is amazing.

There is always treasure at this St. Vinny's. One recent example: I found a Lunchbot brand stainless steel multi compartment lunch box for $4. Those things retail for $40. It was brand new. Wow. Love this place so much.

Unfortunately they're tearing down to (I hope) rebuild the Willy st store. So they have downsized to the extreme. But the Odana road store is well stocked!

Great store, very clean, with high quality selection of clothing but everything was priced quite a bit higher than I believe this branded thrift store should be.

St. Vinny’s makes it VERY DIFFICULT to donate. Was cleaning out a high end estate and called for a truck pickup due to the number of items for donation. I was told I would need to wait for the driver to contact me between 7:30a-?? (sorry, don’t remember the exact end time, but it was the vast majority of the day). The driver contacted me, as I was told, and they showed for pickup. They then went through and hand picked what they wanted to take. Left about 3/4. Their loss as the boxes they didn’t take were packed with high end collectibles, pottery, housewares, etc. They told me the boxes were too large and things would arrive at the store broken. They also passed on a sewing machine, antique dining room table, other pieces of furniture, a brand new power washer and many other items. I then rented a truck and took the items to Goodwill and the Humane Society’s store on Watts - they were thrilled to receive the items. BTW, as we took the antique dining room table off the truck - someone bought it before we put it down (St Vinny drivers told me that they didn’t want it because no one was buying them anymore). I will no longer donate to St Vinny’s. They make it way too difficult to donate. There are many other charitable organizations in our area who are grateful when someone tries to donate $1,000’s of dollars worth of merchandise - that’s literally what St Vinny’s passed on.
