About St. Vincent de Paul Charitable Pharmacy
The St. Vincent de Paul Charitable Pharmacy is the only free stand-alone pharmacy in the state of Wisconsin. Our mission is to help uninsured adults living with low incomes in Dane County with a compassionate resource to fill current prescriptions for free, learn about their medications and find support for getting effective treatment for chronic and acute medical conditions. Our pharmacy is state-licensed and stocks many medications to treat common conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, infections and other illnesses.

Very Welcoming and honestly overly generous. If you are down a little don't feel ashamed. They also quip pro quo (no not that way) with local farmers in the Madison area. Only knock is they give too much variety without asking if anything :)
