I made multiple phone calls and waited cumulative hours on hold and nobody ever answered any call. On these calls, after waiting on hold for 10 or 15 minutes I was eventually routed to the voice mail system. I left a message twice and never received a call back.

Poor customer service. They didn’t return phone messages on numerous occasions.
