Awesome workers and I like the system they have for drop off and pick up. I also like that they do special surgeries and routine vet care.

The staff are very nice. Prices are excellent. Vet care is so expensive. We all want to take the best care of our beloved pets. So nice to have this center as an option.

WCVC seemed like a great option to save money but in the end, we simply cannot recommend them. I asked if I could remove my puppy's harness prior to dropping her off and they ensured me it was fine to leave it with them. Well, unfortunately the staff lost it and their customer service is solely handled by off-campus call centers. Additionally, her scar is not a flat smooth line but bunched up and jagged. Lastly, be aware that once you schedule, you must pay in full and it is nonrefundable. We were happy to save financial means for veterinary care but at the end of the day but as the old saying goes... You get what you pay for.

They’re way more expensive than other places and don’t have the SNAP program BUT my dog lived that’s the most important part to me.
Everyone in my house did get kennel cough I think they need a better cleaner and to add more surfaces. Please have your dogs vaccinated before taking them in my Chihuahua is still very sick but he wasn’t the one that came in.
The surgery tattoo isn’t really big enough in my opinion and there’s a large bump inside my dog hopefully it will go away soon my last few dogs have been male this is a female and I just don’t recall how the car is supposed to look.
It’s affordable and like I said my dog is alive this is just my most honest response

This place as to be the number one choice in the whole of Wisconsin. Took my cat Sandy in to be neutered. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. Excellent caring and wonderful staff with a very knowledgeable veterinarian surgeon. Amazing price. Highly recommendable. First class service and professional.

Best vet's office in Madison! The office staff is friendly and helpful, and the doctors and vet techs are very knowledgeable, honest, efficient. They clearly want what's best for every animal, and treat them with patience, respect, and dignity. Both clients and their pets are viewed as unique individuals with personalized needs.

SCAMMERS! Very rude unprofessional staff! Don’t book your appointment over the weekend for the following Monday because they will tell you your appointment is only pending until they confirm the appointment but still will charge your card. They won’t confirm the appointment until the day of at 7:10a.m. They denied refund and I asked to speak to management regarding why and got hung up on! I’m 2.5 hours away and my father was already bringing one kitty there to get fixed so I wasn’t able to come last minute when they told me because my ride already left at 5a.m. Had to file a dispute on my card to get my money back!

update: I received a phone call from them after posting this review that they would look into the matter and apologized. While on the phone they asked me to look for a shaved spot on her leg. I looked the best I could as she was sleeping and her over protective brother and sister were definitely in protective mode and wanted to make sure I wasn't hurting her. I did not see at that time that she had a very small shaved spot on her front side leg. We are now a week post surgery and my girl has been showing bad signs of a UTI infection. According to Dr.Google this known side effect from surgery. I called yesterday and was able to get her in today (free of charge for an office visit because it was within 7 days from surgery) My suspicions were accurate my girl has a very bad UTI infection :( $160 some dollars later for meds I just pray my girl feels better after this. They were very busy but very kind during our visit. They noticed Kara was back fro a visit and were able to clarify she has a shaved spot on her leg and I was told that is where they put a catheter/IV during surgery. So although the paperwork says no IV apparently there was. I appreciate you looking into this further and taking good care of my girl. I will change my rating to 5 stars
I'm a bit disappointed. I love this vet. I've taken my pets here for spay/neuters and vaccines for years. I took my mastiff Nala in to get Spayed. I originally purchased the basic package but after some research decided to email them to upgrade her package up from that adding the +$30 for a catheter. I've read this is a good idea and most places do this for fluids and meds if needed during surgery. I emailed them late the night before surgery that I would like to do this as well as update all her vaccinations as they would be coming due in the next month or so. I received an email about an hour or so before I was to pick her up to pay a balance of around $85 for the updated package and vaccines. No problem! I later received the vets surgery notes and other paper work. Through reading the vets notes and specific surgery details it clearly states she did NOT receive the catheter during surgery (yet I was charged for it!) I understand they probably were busy that morning and did not see the email in time to make the changes during surgery. Honest mistake. So I called and explained the story only to be told no the statement shows a catheter so she did receive it. ? I'm not buying it. I can add a catheter charge to a bill anyday but the vet only writes out the surgery info 1x. I believe I'm due to a $30 refund. It's only $30... But it's the point!
