The two ladies working today were excellent! I found the perfect bras because of them. I have never been so comfortable with my bras and underwear until now! They made me feel welcomed and confident a! I would definitely recommend coming here for any undergarments and to get sized CORRECTLY!

Had an absolutely amazing experience with Connie, Angela and Candy.They were absolutely wonderful, I was shopping for shapewear for my wedding and had a breakdown. They talked me through it, brought me water and Kleenex and offered help finding what I was looking for. I have never been to this store or worn their products but I 100% will be back!

I'm not sure how to rate. Asked associate to help me with bra fit, was measured, advised on size, got a few to try on, employee never talked to me again and ignored me when I came to the floor to find something else. I wasn't able to find something to fit me well on my own, so I left the store without purchase. Lady that walked in the store later than me with the same request was in the next fitting room to mine, and I could hear she got the outstanding service that I was hoping for. Don't think I will ever come back.

I had a really positive experience here. I got measured and it ended up being a size that I wasn’t wearing previously, so that was super helpful to know. Jasmine was really friendly and grabbed me several bra styles to try on after getting my size. I walked out with four much needed bras. Thank you!

Quality underwear, bras and lounge/sleepwear at this store. It is the softest clothing ice ever felt. Well laid out, clean, and organized. Staff is very helpful, and even making a return wasn't awkward.Clothing is pricey, but the kind of clothing you will have a staples for years because the quality is superb.

Jasmine was beyond helpful- went in with no idea what size I was after years of kids and breastfeeding, and she measured me right away and got me everything I needed. She was confident, knowledgeable, and professional. The store was busy but she handled it like a pro. Bought 7 bras - I recommend the wireless enbliss.

I went into this store twice and won't return. On the first visit, I browsed the store for 5-10 minutes, found some bras to try on, and walked back to the fitting rooms. I had not seen an associate since I entered the store. I didn't see one in the fitting room area or registers either, so I let myself into an open fitting room. When I left I finally saw an associate in the store, looking at her cell phone. She looked surprised to see me coming out of the fitting room. I returned a few weeks later to return an online order. Again, no associate in the store. I waited at the register for several minutes. There were 3-4 people walking around the store, but no associate. I could hear voices in the fitting room so I walked back there in hopes of finding an associate, but it was other customers. I returned to the register and waited some more. Finally, the same associate from my first visit walked to the register from the fitting room/back room area, texting on her cell phone. She looked up at me and seemed inconvenienced to have to help me. She couldn't have been less thrilled to to be at work and didn't seem to want to help any customers in the store. I won't be returning.

Went into the store so my mom could use her gift card. I decided to get fitted for a bra. Walked up to the front and told the two employees. They looked at each other and the older lady told the younger girl it was her time. The young girl literally grumbled about it. It was so rude. Apparently she was new and the older lady said she had to learn. I went back to the fitting rooms with her and she measured me at a 42DD. I normally wear a 42C, then she told me the measuring tape could be wrong. I was in shock that the older experienced employee didn't come double check. I told the young employee that the 42D fit the best. She came back with the bras in that size which none of them I liked. I asked about the T-Shirt bra I liked and asked if it could be ordered online but she didn't respond to me. She told me to go around the store and find the style I liked and she would check in the back in my size. She hid behind the register and never asked me if I liked anything. My mom ended up buying what she wanted and I decided to order online. I was just in shock by the experience. The young girl grumbled and did the fitting wrong. She was so awkward and clearly didn't want to do her job. I really like the bras at Soma that's why I ordered but due to that employee I did not want to shop at the Madison location again. The older employee should have known better and check the young lady's work. We were so excited to find a location close to us but poor experience

I almost did not go into this store because of the negative reviews, however I am very happy that I did. I am 64, a tad over weight and have not shopped for bras or have measured since before the pandemic. I went on a Thursday morning and the store was not busy and was staffed by a terrific sales person (Jasmine). I'm very self conscious and she made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I've always bought bras off the rack (36 C) but the Soma brand measurement was 34DD. I was a bit surprised but she explained that like women's jeans each brand is a bit different and like jeans you may wear a 10 in one brand and in other as 8, 12 or even 14. It just depends on the designers and style. I could not believe how comfortable a bra could feel. She answered all my questions about how it should fit or not fit, materials, etc. She provided me with washing instructions for these bras and how to keep them from wearing out too quickly. I ended up buying three bras. I had read that Soma 'hid' their sizing which was not true in this store as the size and cost of each item was clearly marked. I had also read in reviews about the 'no exchange or returns' policy. I read my receipt and it clearly states that "Risk Free Bra Guarantee" Wash it. Wear it. Love it. Or return within 60 days for a full refund." I'm not aware of anyone having such a great return policy on outwear clothing, but I could be wrong. I will be making more purchases at this store because of the overall great experiences.

I went to this store to have measurements. When I arrived two employees were standing at the checkout counter talking. Neither were serving a customer at the time nor did they greet me when I walked in. I approached them and asked for measurements. Both had measuring tape around their necks. One lady walked out to started working on the floor. The other took me to the dressing room and had me dressed down to my bra. I sat waiting on her but she never came back. So I dressed and left the room. The other lady asked if I got my measurements. I told her no. She didn't offer to do them. So I left and will go somewhere else. Poor customer service.

The selection was good and they were having a sale. The store was clean and not too crowded. Staff was attentive but not pushy. They had a lot of colors, sizes and styles to choose from.
