Working with Soha Diamond Co. to design my (now) fiancé’s engagement ring was the best decision we have ever made. Soha and Aubree are literally the nicest people you will ever meet, they worked with us to design the exact ring my fiancé dreamed of. I was able to keep the proposal a surprise even though we designed the ring together, because Soha and Aubree emailed just me all of the details from our appointments, and when the ring was ready for me to pick up, I was able to pick it up without my fiancé knowing. I am so thankful for them, and we will be getting our wedding bands from them soon. Soha Diamond Co. made this once in a lifetime experience such a good one.

Visiting Aubree and Soha for our ring shopping is always an absolute delight! From the moment we step in, we feel welcomed and at ease. They make the entire process incredibly personal and enjoyable, taking the time to understand our preferences without any rush or pressure. Returning today to pick out our wedding bands, we were reminded of why we chose them in the first place. It's not just the exceptional service or the wonderful selection and design process that brings us back, but the warm atmosphere they create. Today was also special as it was our first visit to their new spot and we were thrilled to be greeted by Honey, their incredibly sweet dog, who added a lovely touch to our welcome. We always leave Aubree and Soha's feeling extremely happy and confident in our choices. Highly recommend them for a truly personalized and fun ring shopping experience!

I had an incredible experience working with Soha and Aubree to design an engagement ring, and just returned to them to finish the process of obtaining wedding bands. They are both amazingly kind and knowledgeable. I've recommended them to multiple friends who have loved working with Soha and Aubree too. At first I though buying quality jewelry would feel daunting, but they made it easy and seamless at every step of the process!

I've had a wonderful experience with Soha and Aubree! Both my engagement ring and wedding band are from Soha Diamond Co. I recently took both in for cleaning and they ended up retightening the center stone of the engagement ring (covered under the lifetime service plan). It shines and looks like it did the first day I wore it in December 2019! I appreciate their beautiful location, cute dog and warm environment. They'll make you feel super comfortable, like you've known them for ages! Can't wait for my next piece from Soha Diamond Co.

The experience that Soha and Aubree provide is fantastic. They are both very knowledgeable, patient, and willing to provide as much or as little guidance as you need. They put a lot of care into making sure that you feel ready to buy and provide amazing service after the process is complete. We both loved the ability to design your own piece that is custom made to perfectly match the stone you choose. It is amazing to see the passion they both have for the design and stone selection process. I can not recommend them enough!

Soha and Aubree are incredible. I had very limited knowledge on engagement rings and jewelry in general, and they took time over multiple sessions to make sure I was able to propose to my soon-to-be wife with the most incredible ring. They even helped us with our wedding bands! They are great people and really care about their clients. Their new location is amazing, allowing for a great "show room" but still creating a very intimate setting. I would highly recommend reaching out or scheduling a visit to Soha Diamond Co. for any jewelry needs!

I love, love, love the vibe of what Soha and Aubree have made here. Being able to make the ring together feels all the more intimate when it came to the proposal. Let me start by saying this: if you’re looking for a jeweler in the Madison area (or beyond, frankly), do yourself a favor and go with Soha.My fiancé and I visited a number of jewelers in the area and even investigated some online retailers when looking for engagement rings. In the end, none were remotely comparable to the selection, quality, and service that Soha and Aubree provide.The consultation process is truly second to none. The designs are truly customizable, we were provided the option to combine elements from multiple ring designs, which we didn’t find to be the case at other jewelers. Everything from sizing to stone qualities and shapes is presented in an engaging and educational way. This greatly increased my confidence in what I was purchasing, even though I knew very little when starting the process.Importantly, none of the above is used as a sales tactic. At no point did I feel like I was being upsold or pushed towards more expensive options, just clear descriptions of all the terminology and a fantastic list of options when it was time to pick a stone.Overall it was a wonderful experience and makes you feel truly heard and valued as a customer. We’re back for wedding bands and I am positive it will be the same phenomenal result!

Soha came as a recommendation to us when we were starting to shop for rings. We attended a Rings and Rose event, which really helped to figure out exactly what we were looking for. This is the best place to buy an engagement and wedding ring. Soha and Aubree are not only super friendly but extremely good at their jobs. My partners engagement ring could have not turned out more perfect. And my wedding ring is amazing. I cannot express how much of a pleasure it is to work with this store. Beautiful space, beautiful service, and beautiful diamonds! I loved my experience with Soha Diamond Co. I knew next to nothing, and Aubree and Soha were so patient and accommodating to my many very basic questions. Most impressive were the diamonds themselves, although the total experience was wonderful. Will be back for the next big occasion!
