Stopped at multiple bed stores before Sleep number. Michael was very helpful took us step by step through our options. He was very conscious of what we needed and asked for without over selling, gave us space to discuss what we decided. He did an amazing job with giving us great customer service on a busy day. My husband wanted to look for a mattress that would work for him. tired of spending thousands and not being satisfied after 3 months. Back pain. I can sleep on anything so it doesn't matter but i went with him. I was delighted to find out the sales girl was a horse girl!. We had fun trying beds, discussing horses and making a deal. It was a great interaction and I would recommend Denise and the Sleep number of Madison

Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. We’ve had our bed since 2018, and for the first time had an issue with it. Denise walked me through the warranty process and equipped me with everything I needed to make things happen . She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you!

We bought a sleep number bed in August 2005. We have never been dissappointed. We needed a new bed in our travel trailer and there was no question as to what bed we wanted to buy. We went to the Madison store and purchased one for trailer. It is the only bed you will have to buy in your lifetime.

Joke of a company that sells glorified air mattresses. If you and your partner need different sleep options, buy a split queen or king. Best option for you would be to buy a Tempur-Pedic. I've sold mattresses in the past for roughly 4 years of my life, and this place was always a laugh.Update:I currently have a friend who just purchased a top of the line mattress from this location, in the high thousands with the base, hates it, and their salesman said, "tough, you already bought it." As opposed to finding solutions.

We were able to really try out the beds we were interested in. As long time sleep number sleepers, we knew what to expect, and Richard make it smooth and easy. Even smiled when we said we needed to go to lunch to discuss it.
