Joke of a company that sells glorified air mattresses. If you and your partner need different sleep options, buy a split queen or king. Best option for you would be to buy a Tempur-Pedic. I've sold mattresses in the past for roughly 4 years of my life, and this place was always a laugh.Update:I currently have a friend who just purchased a top of the line mattress from this location, in the high thousands with the base, hates it, and their salesman said, "tough, you already bought it." As opposed to finding solutions.

We were able to really try out the beds we were interested in. As long time sleep number sleepers, we knew what to expect, and Richard make it smooth and easy. Even smiled when we said we needed to go to lunch to discuss it.

Denise, the store manager, went above and beyond for me! Before going into the store, I had done my research and thought I knew exactly what model I wanted to purchase. I went in to the store to simply try the bed I thought I wanted and place my order. Instead of just taking my money and ringing up the sale which she could've easily done as I was already ready to buy, Denise took the time to show me what the beds actually did and answered questions I didn't even think to ask. She genuinely cared about what bed would be best for me and helped me decide by giving me some insight into the different models. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed. By the time I chose what bed I wanted I felt extremely confident in my decision and am looking forward to a GREAT night's sleep.Thank you, Denise!

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! RUN!If I could, I’d give them zero stars. After ordering our bed and waiting 3 weeks for delivery, we were called 2 hours prior to our scheduled delivery, and were told they had to cancel delivery and reschedule because their delivery driver called in sick. We had our existing bed broken down and moved out to help them. We had to cancel work for the day! They rescheduled us for a date that was another 3 week wait! We tried to get this resolved with Denise R. who claims to be store manager. What a joke that turned out to be. She told us because we didn’t purchase the bed from her, she wouldn’t help us! She was nasty and rude from the second I walked in. Well, after dealing with this nightmare and getting absolutely no where, we canceled our order. They tried to offer me some free points when we cancelled. Really Sleep Number? Shame on you! Not giving our money to a shady company with employees from HELL!!!We went to Denver Mattress, had a wonderful experience, and had our new mattress in our house 4 hours later, all while saving hundreds of dollars.

We stopped in to Madison sleep number to check out the beds and liked what we saw. Our sales rep, Denise, was great. She showed us all of the beds and their features and we were sold. We decided to purchase the 360 and can't wait until it is delivered and set up. Denise also helped us with the app and reward points! Kudos to Denise.

My parents and my sister own sleep number beds, and are already on their 2nd sleep number beds! Had to check it out. Denise was swamped when we came in, but did a great job of taking care of us while juggling her other customers. Loved her no-pressure-to-buy informative tour of all Sleep Number has to offer. With her own story of owning a sleep number bed, along with my parents' and sister's experiences, we purchased our first Sleep Number bed. Denise made the process easy and stress free, actually very enjoyable! Highly recommend!

We had a great experience coming to purchase our Sleep Number bed. We have been looking at purchasing a new mattress and the sales associate that worked with us was knowledgeable and took the time to ensure we understood everything and all our options. Looking forward to my bed delivery!

The bed we purchased was very uncomfortable, it felt like an over priced air mattress. We also purchased the adjustable base. When trying to return the bed and base they told us the base can not be returned which was not disclosed in the store. In the store we were told if we’re not happy it can be returned

Warning! Very unhappy with customer service, the store will tell you one thing the customer support will tell you another. Each person you talk to will let you sometimes different.
