“Fast service even on a busy day. It helped that I knew what I wanted and only tried on 2 pair. The tread mill was a nice touch to test out the shoes. Didn't give 5 because I didn't test their knowledge to know if their knowledgeable or not. Will most likely return”
“All I can say is wow.! The sales associates Alyson,Kyle and Ben were an absolute god send when it came to fixing the problem of another location that sent me home with one wide Birkenstock and one regular and in the complete wrong size since the other store was not as attentive to even care about the size that actually fit.
These three not only fixed my problem but went out of their way to find multiple pairs for me to try and and make sure I wanted the wide fit before even making a purchase and helped me understand the importance of a cork sealer for my shoes I purchased but also let me know about waterproofing other shoes!

Always a superb in-store music selection and a great vibe. Been coming to the store for years and I always stop by when I’m in town. Since I come every few months, they always have a new selection of clothes and they never miss ??”
“The Lady who helped me was wonderful and very helpful with finding my clothes. I never had my measurements taken and she helped me find clothes that fit perfectly to my size. I also asked her for her opinion on a great tie for the outfit and not only did she find a great match but also explained why the patterns and materials were a great fit together. When I need to get nice clothing I’ll make sure to stop here again.”

“I just stopped into this location and received the best customer service ever. Ahlisha helped me find the correct size in both unisex and mens vans ( if you know vans sizing, you know how tricky sizes run) and explained the differences in new school / old and pro/skate vs classics. She got several versions and sizes out for me and helped fit me to a T. Brittney (sp) also cam through with no show sock tips and sale details. Both were super friendly and made me feel happy and welcomed! Loved the atmosphere of the store and their vibe!”

“Great customer service as always! Same young gentleman that’s usually working was there when I purchased a few things for Christmas! I needed to return one of the items and it was the same gentleman working when I returned. He happily accepted my return per their 30-day policy no hassle or attempt to give me something like in store credit (I had a receipt). I appreciate this quick amazing customer service! Glad to see these amazing young people are still out there!”
“We had never been here before though we had seen the ads everyday in the newspaper. We were running errands at Hilldale and stopped in since I was having a hard time finding a comfortable casual shoe. It was a weekday but there was a steady stream of customers. After browsing some of the displays and choking on some of the prices. $450 for some ugly casual German shoes!!! I was skeptical. I decided to dive in and get some help. It turns out it was one of the co-owners who helped us. It was if I was being consulted by a podiatrist. I later learned that a few of the employees are certified pedorthists. I have never encountered such a process at a shoe store. I learned a lot about my feet. I did find a pair of shoes that fit my feet and my needs and my price point. I am not sure every employee would give this level of service or have this expertise but I will return. Oh yeah - the prices keep this from being a 5 star review.”

They have jeans for all shapes & sizes which is a plus one for me! Caroline & Ashley really helped me in finding the right pair of jeans for me. They heard & understood my requirements and gave me options to choose from which wouldn't have been possible online. I would definitely be visiting the store again!”
