Bought a 2017 Nissan Rouge and have had it less than a year... maybe 11 months? The car stopped running so I took it in, and have been slapped with a $7000 bill to do a lot of maintaince that was due even before I bought the car, needing a new battery, as well as the tires and wheels needing to be aligned and adjusted. Why wasn't a lot of this fixed before I bought it? Like I said I've had this car maybe for such a short time this would have been noticeable before i bought it, I only use it for driving to and from work and the odd road trips to the dells or something. This is ridiculous. If I could give 0 stars I would, do not buy from them

Mr. Joe Reque, thank you so very much for all of your efforts in dealing with a man who definitely has a strong and demanding personality like me. You reminded me of "Cool"- Joe Burrow, lol!
The only 2 things I am going to give constructive criticism about is, 1.) Make sure the correct number of owners is transparent. 2.)Touch-upp paint for vehicles should match and be in good condition.
I greatly appreciated the rest of the purchasing process and am extremely happy with my Audi Q3!
I will continue to advertise with Schooeps license plate frames and recommend others to your business.

Do not go to Ryan he hates black business owners he’s rude and uses credit and tax requirements to steer you away according to him he just wants to make sure you understand after agreeing to terms he will take you right back through the credit talk I’ll take my 780 elsewhere see my parents gave me the credit talk Ryan. Now I’m out here building generational wealth so your kids will never have the opportunity to feel your level of entitlement as a car salesman. I am my ancestors wildest dreams keep watching Ryan I’m doing this for people like you. Merry Christmas

Do not recommend shopping here (or any of their locations) for a vehicle. As a company, they are generally overpriced, they will try their hardest to sell you a useless warranty, sell vehicles that are not properly tested by expert mechanics before they are available for purchase. And their efforts to fix mistakes they do make are unfortunately subpar at very best. While some of the staff may be friendly and fun to work with, unfortunately it does not make up for these other issues when making an investment in a vehicle.

The worst of the worst. Don't go buying anything from them. I just bought a car from them and have had the engine light on twice.First one turn on 2 days later then 2 one 3 weeks later. Bad communication lots of promises but none are actually true. Before you say I didn't buy a car there I have paper work I can upload with no problem. DONT GO THERE. And yes Rayan had in attitude today has he was supposedly helping me. He said I have to leave in 5 min made the call for me hand me the phone and left. You call that professional. You would think that the paper work that is showed to you that there is no problem with the car is not given to you. I forgot to mention that the engine light came on when we test drive it and we where told " we will fix it" guess what it was not. I live in Beloit WI and I came there thinking I would be blessed but instead I was given much more problems. Make yourself a favor and don't go waste your money there.

Bought a 2013 Dodge Caravan after a short test drive.. Get it off the lot and as im driving home, realize the car is having an issue getting up to temp.. then the check engine light comes on, as well as electrical throttle light..was shown an inspection sheet while i was there, they never put that sheet in my purchase paperwork package, asked for a copy of it, and am getting ghosted, car clearly had its lights cleared and then was sold to me. Car is in shop now getting looked at, outcome will determine how this review gets updated.I will certainly not recommend Schoepp Motors East location to anyone.Update: Service from the Middleton location was phenomenal, car was repaired under their warranty (rightfully so IMO).. Service indicated that these particular parts are finnicky and it sometimes happens when cars sit to long, im a bit concerned that if this is known, why something isn't done for vehicles that sit to long on the lot, rather then waiting for it to be sold and crossing their fingers..Stoughton Road location continued to ghost me. Got a service sheet on what work they performed on the car while in their possession, still haven't received an inspection sheet.I'm cautiously optimistic about the car, I doubt i will return or recommend purchasing a vehicle from the Stoughton Road location. I may consider their Middleton location for future business.I'm maintaining the 2 star Review, because the customer service and ghosting i received after the sale gives me high cause for concern. I'll be providing a fair review of the Middleton location based on these events on their business page.

Set up a deal everything approve all we had to do is sign paperwork and not even 24hrs later they back out and wanted less money for trade in and wanted more money put down. Disappointed
