This place is a joke. The GM bullied me and insulted me, then called the police on me because I asked for the corporate phone number. I spent 2,800 dollars for mazda to repair a few issues on my car. They did not give me all of my inspection videos, they did not give me all of my receipts for the work I paid for. The technician cut my ABS cord without my permission, and after I told them to fix the ABS cord and other things they never fixed until I had to bring it back with the same complaints. They never put my car on a full diagnostic they were only looking at my brakes, rotors, control arms, brake line, and wheel bearings. I supplied my own parts for everything except the wheel bearings and control arms and I still paid 1700 for the first visit. I picked it up again and my car was still bad. They told me my heat shield and my wheel bearing was causing the noise so I paid 677.00 for that but my car is worse now and it won't drive over 45mph for the first 30 seconds then it will go 60mph on the highway but refuses to go any faster than 60mph and it is still making a loud noise. After the 677.00 that's when the GM called police on me because I asked for the corporate number. I have nowhere to take my car to be fixed. I am suing them.

Took my Mazda to Russ Darrow for first time and was extremely pleased from beginning to end with the service, turn around time, and the all around experience from each person. Thank you all, I certainly will return and will also recommend you to friends.

Genuinely, we had no anxiety on arriving at the dealership, as we have previous experience. With that being said, Russ Darrow Mazda in Madison was far calmer than we would have expected and the people working there were extremely condoning. Every single person who had assisted us did a fantastic job and allowed for us to leave feeling very happy, and fairly confident that we had received something worth our time and money.

08/20/2024. The worst manager I ever seen. They asked me to sign all document, put down payment, loan approved, hold me and my wife until mid night (11:10p.m), finally they said by their mistake, they can not finish the application due to system locked. I can not drive car home, and have to come back next day. Thats it. My phone out of battery, and difficult to find taxi. Manager right there and just say nothing. Not even call me a taxi. I made down payment already, signed all legal document, registration is ready, paid insurance, loan got approved before arrival, the car technically mine. Not sure why they can not give me the car, but at least I expect they give me and my wife a drive home or call me a taxi for there mistake. Get home and 12a.m, I feel something wrong and could not sleep for whole night because I was asked to sign all document, if the car have any problem in the next day when I came back, then I do not know what to do since I have signed and confirmed that the car is okay.
Again, this deallership has the WORST manager I ever seen.

After buying my 2024 Mazda cx5 I was promised a dash cam installation after talking to my sale representative. But it was a misunderstanding because when I came in for service I was surprised to found out that they don’t do that. Reason being the fact that they are not sure how well the product will work with their Mazda car since it’s not a device made by Mazda. So After talking to a couple respectful people, i was connected to sales manager Dylan.M and boy he took care of my problem and put a smile in my face. Thanks again Dylan!! That’s what we call customer service !

I’ve been Mazda owner since 2012 and had been having nothing but positive experiences with both the cars and the dealers until I was trying to trade in my cx5 for a cx90 at Russ Darrow Mazda of Madison last year. Spent two trips and several hours in total just to get my car apprised. Got a relative low offer among multiple dealers. They promised to match the offer from other dealer before I came in and that never happened. I was ok with it initially since I really love the brand and want the cx 90 for the family. However the worst is right before I’m about to sign the contract, they told me there is dealer installed option on every single of the car they sell which marks the price up for around $3k and they won’t sell me the car if I don’t agree to pay for the dealer installed options. So I ended up purchasing from another brand. People trying to shop here be aware, if you want a Mazda, try reaching out to dealer in other places like Chicago area. Don’t be forced to purchase dealer installed option that’s totally a scam.

I purchased my new Mazda from Russ Darrow. Keith Norris was such a pleasure to work with. Keith let me test drive like 5 different cars to find what was just right for me. He was very hospitable and provided all the details needed to do a thorough comparison between different models and prices. Made my first Mazda experience truly a wonderful experience!

Great customer service and a very nice customer waiting area. All the salespeople were super helpful and friendly. I am definitely happy I purchased my new CX-50 here. Adrian was great to work with, though often very busy with multiple customers at once.
I do wish the detailing on the inside was a little better upon receiving my new car. I was expecting it to be thoroughly detailed but when I got home I still needed to clean the windows and remove some of the purchase sticker adhesive as well as wipe a sticky spot on the leather seats.
Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend purchasing a car here!
