They have it fixed to where I can't leave a comment about them, but these people are crooks they took my money so be careful, was just now able to finish my review, to make a long story short I contacted the attorney general there in there state & he got my money back for me thar these crooks stole, thanks so much attorney general you know who you are & again thanks so much, hope you put these crooks out of business before they scam someone else!

I used to really like this dealership. Once you're out the door though, don't expect to ever get anyone on the phone and they have no idea what the maintenance package covers. Good luck finding it online. I'm sure it's in my paperwork somewhere. . .

Rob, service manager, gives me faith in humanity. Wonderful person, could have easily drove up charges, but he quickly addressed the issue, felt like we were family with how he treated us. We're moving to the Madison area and will be purchasing vehicles from this dealership based on this experience with Rob. Adam was the young man who worked on our vehicle and did a stellar job. This team represented this dealership incredibly well. Sincerest thanks!

Russ Darrow staff is very professional and easy to with. They are very knowledgeable. They have a fair pricing system that does not involve Guido in the back room! No need for Guido today. From sales, to paperwork, to detailing the car, the whole Russ Darrow team works as one! I have purchased cars in the past and it is a always a trying and stressful event. Bryan (Service Agent) was welcoming, friendly-yet professional. He quickly, and completely, explained the service procedure and showed me to the waiting area. Upon completion of the service he explained what had been done to my vehicle and checked me out.

Would never recommend anyone go to Russ Darrow for any reason, I definitely will never be back. They replaced my trucks camshaft, and did a terribly sloppy job putting it back together. They left caps off my A/C ports (sloppy and unprofessional, the service writer told me it wasn’t a big deal and he has a ton. If he has a ton of them laying around why was it so hard to just put them on the first time?) busted my hood latch sensor (decided not to tell me until I found out myself, they did fix it so credit for that) and didn’t put my engine cover back on. I went to a dealership because I expected better and I did not get that at all. On top of that, my oil sensor failed on the drive home and somehow they claim it’s entirely unrelated. Haven’t talked to a single person who believes that a sensor that goes the life of the truck just magically happened to fail on the drive home from picking it up after having my engine tore apart and be unrelated. They changed my service manager and he didn’t even bother to check anything the previous Service writer had written, and failed to contact my second warranty which would have covered this sensor but instead just flat out told me warranty doesn’t cover it and charged me $500. I was able to recoup 250 but because there was no preauthorization they refused the full amount and stated this will be the only time they pay me without preauthorization. I could have gotten the entire amount back if the service written had just done a little reading. All in all I’m extremely dissatisfied with my experience and will definitely never step foot in or recommend a Russ Darrow location to anyone who cares about their car.

I have bought a lot of cars and dealt with many different dealerships. Simply put :I was impressed with the service. The dealership also delivered my car to my home 40 miles away. I appreciated that very much.
