My husband and I have been working closely with Garrett for the past 2 years.we started working with Garrett when my husband was purchasing my engagement ring.
My husband is very particular and takes pride in the ring he bought for me. With the help and expertise from Garrett, we were able to make the most beautiful wedding set to match my engagement ring.
Not only have we purchased my wedding rings and bands from Garrett, but we have also purchased my husbands wedding ring, necklaces and other custom ordered rings. All of the items have been a spectacular turn out.
Garrett has been with us every step of the way and we could not be happier with the items we have purchased, the quality, and the wonderful staff. Garrett definitely goes the extra mile to make his customers happy.
We will not go anywhere else to purchase our jewelry .

For my 10 year wedding anniversary my husband wanted me to get the other side of my wedding band. We went to Rogers and Holland where we ordered our wedding bands from 10 years ago to get the same exact band put on the other side of my ring. We paid for it ordered it. They said it was coming from Chicago their home office and would take two weeks or so-so I called at the two week mark to get a status update because of course they had not called to let me know that it was ready for pick up.they said that it was still not in and to check back in a week which I did. I got news today that that ring has been discontinued…they had NEVER reached out to let me know anything! He said they can do one of two things either have the band custom-made, which would be an extra two to $300 or they can give me a refund. I’m definitely not paying for a custom band that is not custom. it is the exact same band that you sold and now you tell me that you don’t have it. I’m not covering that extra two to $300. I asked them if they would reach out to corporate to see if they would cover it because it was them dropping the ball and They said no. So I called corporate to file a formal complaint because that is terrible customer service and not my fault that you had some thing in your system saying that you have it I paid for it and now you’re telling me that it’s not available . Never again will we order from this company and I suggest you don’t either. Customer service alone has went WAY down

Raban helped us find the ring of my dreams. Excellent customer service the moment we walked into the store. He explained all of the perks of shopping with Rogers & Hollands and the benefits we will receive for the rest of our lives with this beautiful ring. I couldn’t recommend shopping with Raban at Rogers & Hollands enough!

I needed help with a family heirloom ring purchased at Roger’s and Hollands East Towne in Madison, Wi 35+ years ago. The store Manager Garrett Wegenast, went above and beyond to make sure that the ring would be fixed and be in the best of shape to pass down to the next generation.

Took a box chain in that broke. Full warranty on the piece of jewelry. Apparently they can’t just give you the chain - it needs to go to the Home office. They gave me a due date of today, so I went in to pick it up. I was told the due date on the warranty ticket is just a suggestion. Why does it take over two weeks to swap a chain out? First and last Rogers and Holland‘s purchase.

I had brought my wedding ring in to get cleaned, checked and repronged. I also brought in an antique ring to be recreated so I can wear again. I worked with Garrett, who was great, He personally over saw my ring design and kept me in the loop. Was impressed with the Quality of customer service I recieved. GREAT JOB!

It took a bit for me to find the correct ring, when we did the sales reps and manager worked effortlessly to have the ring I chose sent in. I highly recommend anyone of the staff to help the next person with their purchase. Thank you again for all your hard work finding the perfect ring.
