My fiance and I went to Roger's & Hollands at West Towne Mall in Madison last weekend to get our wedding rings for our upcoming elopement. We are very simple people and just wanted to see a few options in our budget and hope for the best. It turned out to be an amazing experience that totally fit our personalities. Ben Lo was our sales associate, and he listened to us and pretty much immediately knew exactly what we would like. He was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Totally matched our vibe. And we needed the rings to be compatible with our jobs and he was knowledgeable on that too. We kept saying all day after we purchased our rings how happy we were that he was the guy we ended up speaking to. Really an easy and seemless process, we now have beautiful rings, and can't recommend them enough!

Wow. Just wow.
Jon and Ben both helped us in our search for a ring. They were incredible. I mean that.
We went to four other jewelry stores in our search and each one featured sales people who didn't listen very well, talked our ears off, tried to upsell (or downsell) us, all ignoring what we were looking for. One salesperson even traded us off to someone else altogether when they learned we weren't ready to buy same day.
Jon and Ben each on separate occasions patiently waited and listened while we described what we were looking for, what we liked, what hadn't worked for us. We were in and out of R&H West Towne in less than 10 minutes on visit one and less than 20 minutes on visit two. That's all it took for us to find and buy the ring we wanted. These two sales people were professional, kind, patient, and not eager to sell us something we didn't want. I wish every sales experience I had could be exactly like this one. They went above & beyond to help us, no more, no less. I would highly recommend this location and especially Jon and Ben if you are looking for a ring or just a special piece that will last a long time. Very pleased with this experience, and this is the first place I'd return to in the future when I need jewelry.

My fiance and I went to the West Town Mall to look for wedding bands as we are getting married in September. We first went to a different jewelry store and didn't truly see anything we wanted to try on. So we decided to come to Roger's & Hollands. Raban (he informed us he usually works at the East side Rogers & Holland) helped us right away. He asked what we were looking for and was able to find it. He was very polite and definitely took his time. Allowed us to try on all the things. He was such a pleasure to work with & will definitely be going to the East side Roger's & Holland to work with Raban again! Everyone at the West Town Mall Roger's & Holland was extremely nice but Raban stuck out the most to us. 10/10 would recommend working with the staff here! We can't wait to show off our new wedding bands!
