It was my first time at Rogan's Saturday April 27 just after they opened for the day. My wife & I were greeted by David. I told him a few brands I was looking for and he guided us in the right direction and gave some opinions that were VERY relevant to my footwear needs. There was ZERO percent sales pressure, they did not "hover" but immediately answered questions and helped when we asked. We spent well over an hour there and ended up buying eight pairs of shoes. We are very happy with the shoes and service and positive/friendly attitude from David. We will be back this is our new "go to" store for shoes.

I have bought RED Wing work shoes from this store for 20 years.I stopped in today to order replacements.The "sales person" was only interested in selling me what was in t he store.she finally told 'I should go to the Red Wing store in SunPrarie" good bye Rogans.Their old mgr was a salesman.

Bought a pair of workboots 2 weeks ago. Have about 16 hours in them and the insole started to get holes in the top layer.No big deal.I figured I would bring them back and exchange since I know Rogans will honor that. However this East side Madison Wisconsin store has a Hollie Behrent working as a manager there. Not a good face or voice of the store let me tell ya.I was met with push back from her preliminary investigation on how the boots were used. I honestly didn't need the sarcastic comments nor did I want the "$30 free insoles" I was so generously offered to replace the insole from the original boot that failed.To my surprise When I said I wanted to replace the boots for the exact pair that were $95 dollars she openly scoffed at my decision. And had to walk away but not before more under breath comments were made.I know good customer service is hard to find these days but dam I never thought a manager at Rogans would be so opposed to honoring a return policy for a clear issue with a boot. I would hate to think this is what Rogans has become.Definitely will make the trip to Janesville from now on as long as Hollie is working at this store.

Great store with a huge selection of footwear. I have purchased, bedroom slippers, water aerobic shoes, dress shoes & hiking boots all under one roof.They feature a buy one, get another st 1/2 off. If you are a Princton Club Gym membership they also give a discount on a single pair.

Love that you buy one pair of shoes get the second pair half off. And if you don't buy two when you go the first time save receipt and next time you go buy a pair you'll get half off if you got your receipt. Love this store they have shoes for the whole family!

The lady followed me around the store and made it very obvious to the other employees that she was making sure I didn't steal. The other employees seemed like they were nervous around her and all in all I left without buying my shoes because I don't think people like that should be in management.

They have a good selection of pretty much everything you need for work boots like steel toe safety boots they have a great selection regular Boots the session is decent.
