I have had ResTech internet for the last 10 months and have had absolutely no issues with it. If I had questions about my service or my account, they were always prompt to respond and help out in any way. As long as you select the proper speed you need with a reliable router, you will have no problems.

Wish 0 star.EDIT:Wow, these replies are incredibly disrespectful. They are trying to gaslight us and make us feel like we shouldn't have complained. The service is too slow to even stream basic TV. It's clearly a very poor quality service and they are likely splitting the cable lines so much that the signal quality is degraded beyond being usable by any normal person. They know what the issue is, they are just too cheap to do anything about it. Go somewhere else with your business.The 5 star reviews are clearly fake / paid reviews which is really shameful.

I’m updating my rating to a much more positive star due to the great service I have received by ResTech. The quality of connection recently has been great and the people I have worked with are very positive and professional. I hope in a month or two to give it 5 stars!

Unfortunately you probably want to go with Spectrum, it's significantly faster and more reliable. This service is very slow compared to what else is out thereAnd before some zealous customer service person says it, no, of course I didn't make a ticket. What am I going to write in my ticket? That the service is slow and I'm tired of sitting looking at spinning circles for 3s every time I click on something? It's not like me or anyone else has a choice to use this poor quality service. It's just slow.

PLEASE DO NOT USE Restech. Constant packet loss and latency issues. They do not fix issues when you message them. They say they are working on it but nothing ever changes. They might respond to this review and try to deny it. DO NOT LISTEN TO A WORD they say and DO NOT USE RESTECH.

Needed a new ISP after Spectrum was about to double my rate for speeds I didn't need without an option to go back to the speed I originally had. The 1 star reviews initially had me hesitatant about ResTech, but I took the risk and could not be happier. I have the service I need at a super reasonable price, and the support was very friendly and responsive for setup vs waiting for over an hour with larger Internet companies. I provided my own wireless router, so I can't attest to what is included if customers pursue a ResTech provided one.

Internet is fast and customer service is excellent. After years of of spending hours at a time on hold with Charter, it's very refreshing to have a real person answer a call within a minute.

I’ve had restech for a few months now. And they have already out performed spectrum. My internet is more stable and I have had zero issues. I was worried moving to a smaller company. However, I’m glad I did! The negative reviews about slow service is probably because that’s what they were paying for. Because I don’t understand how there was issues when I have had zero. With spectrum it was always an issue.

My new apartment includes 100mbps in my rent from ResTech Services and while it may be sufficient for some I needed faster speeds for streaming, Zoom calls, etc.Since my apartment complex already provides ResTech services, the residents are provided with an ‘upgrade discount’ from ResTech. The next levels available were 500mbps or 1Gig. It’s just a $10.00 difference between the levels so I went with the 1Gig.FYI - I ‘cut the cord’ when I moved to my new apartment so I’m using an antenna for tv and I’m streaming using a few different services. I waited for a month before submitting a review because I wanted to see how well it worked before putting it out there for others to read. At this time, I can honestly say the service I’ve received this past month from ResTech has been best service I’ve ever received. I say that after having Charter/Spectrum for 30 years; TDS for 6 years and trying US Cellular for 2 weeks (data cap was used up in 1.5 days!!)I was very skeptical with ResTech based on the online ratings & reviews but I have also learned over the years not to rely on ratings & reviews because most people only write them after a bad experience…not a good one. I decided to give them a try anyway and I’m happy to report that my experience was a good one.I placed the order on their website and it was super simple. Ordering from a restaurant has been harder & more complex! Anyway, it went through immediately and despite my procrastination & delay in ordering, my service was established & started the day I requested it. I never thought that placing the order online at 10:30pm on Monday night that it could ever be available on Wednesday morning, BUT, it happened!! Perhaps this was an anomaly but after my conversations with fellow residents in my apartment complex, I think the outstanding service I received was their normal way of doing business at ResTech.Ron from ResTech called me immediately Wednesday morning after the connection was established to get my router number so it was communicating effectively with their service. I provided the router info and he did his thing while I was on the phone with him and I was connected by the time we hung up!After that, I only experienced a slight issue with the connection and it was due to my apartment building connection being broken. My landlord wouldn’t help so I called ResTech and they were very responsive and helpful. They sent Juan out the next day to fix it. He was super nice and extremely knowledgeable about the situation. He also made sure that my tv, computer, laptop, iPad and iPhone were all working & connected before he left.Ron & Juan, are top notch technicians and provide great customer service. The other staff (Harrison & Megan) I’ve worked with have been terrific and quick in responding as well.As mentioned above, I’ve had the service for one month without any service/processing delays, clocking or loading issues. It’s responsive in every way I need for streaming, working, using my antenna and just regular internet access. There are no data caps and the billing is through my debit card and is billed automatically each month.My experience with ResTech has been nothing but positive. I am glad I took the chance at upgrading my service so I could experience the high level of service, both technical and professional, they provide.If you have the opportunity to use ResTech Services in the Madison WI area, don’t hesitate. You won’t regret it!
