Nice location on a busy road. Also, they have the most affordable water bottle I have ever seen at 25 cents.Others and I in the Campus Area Neighborhood hope they get a campus/downtown location! Our neighborhood association would be glad to help this co-op expand also.-Tanner

Fabulous, caring, sincere, friendly staff. Fresh fruits and vegetables from neighborhood , such as pumpkins, and squash. Always fresh, local meats. Great prices. Unique items. Fun beers.

Extremely poor food quality, selection, store layout, and atmosphere. There is nothing you’d come here to buy that couldn’t be bought at Willy Street for a better experience.

Small neighborhood co-op -- EXCELLENT fresh bratwurst!! We don't live near this area but we'd driven past a number of times and seen the signs and finally stopped in to buy a sampling of the brats and they are superb! Will be back soon for more. Not being members, we are charged a 10% surcharge on purchases, but we'd have to be regulars and spend at least $250/year to come out ahead on the membership dues. Still, a worthy place deserving of support. Limited selection, but quality. Parking is adequate.

Nice shop, but just have been really mistreated by the lady behind the cheese/meat counter. Might have been a misunderstanding at first, but when trying to get to a better understanding, I was treated in the same demeaning manor. Not the way to treat your clients or any other human being. Reported this to another employee, but did not feel heard and therefore resolved to posting this review for future clients.

I appreciate how management responded to a customer service issue involving a new employee that I raised via email. The store has a good mix of high quality products, and is a great fixture in the neighborhood.

Amazing service today. I walk in, get to chatting with the worker, helped me find a few things. I go to check out, start to pay with cash and then they give me a member discount. Just because they wanted to be kind. It was a pretty great ending to an excellent experience.

What a terrific neighborhood store! My wife and I really love it. Great variety of products, high quality stuff, not the junk food/salt/sugar/fat Kwik Trip standard fare. We love shopping there, great hours, open every day, parking easy, right by the front door, friendly helpful staff. John is a real community asset and obviously has his heart in the place. This is a place where we can almost always find what we want when we are looking for a quick shopping stop and the ability to pop in and out! A real jewel!! 5 Big Stars.

I'm a high schooler at west. the store is nice in general, great products, asking prices, just a all around good deal. but the workers....are a different story. I understand that having high schoolers come ina be a bit loud is annoying. but it's so unprofessional to say "I don't even like any of you high school students" to me and my classmates.

I didn’t realize how close I was living to a small local co-op, and was super excited to check this out. While I enjoyed the shopping experience, I was rather bummed that they don’t accept EBT. A bit frustrating for a grocer to support things like Porchlight and food pantries, while not enabling ALL people to patronize their store (i.e., by accepting EBT).I honestly had no idea it wasn’t obligatory for a grocer to accept EBT - seems very inequitable that this isn’t the case. The program which enables me to spend EBT at the farmer’s market is wonderful, but I think I ought to be able to buy local the rest of the year as well.I’m a student, and won’t be relying on EBT much longer, but I still think that it is important that ALL people (no matter financial ability) have the opportunity to buy from a variety of grocers. Of course, local producers can benefit from an expanded market as well. I don’t see much of a downside.I want to reiterate that this was a really lovely grocery store, and I wish small stores like this one were more common in the U.S. Makes for a much better experience than, say, making your way through the hellscape that is Woodman’s.

This is a perfect old time neighborhood grocery store. And it's a co-op, it has the perfect mix of mainstream and hippie groceries. Good produce, beer on tap, and a good frozen food section. I'd like a more comprehensive meat department; what they have is good but more variety would be nice. Fresh seafood would be nice also, but it's a ground business so hopefully they'll expand into that. Nice to have an alternative to Willy St.
