As someone who doesn’t drive, being able to use Quality Transit is amazing. Kimberlee is hands down one of my favorite drivers. She’s always on time and has no problem helping passengers inside and out of her vehicle. She also has the kindest spirit and great with conversation especially if you have somewhat of a long ride to wherever you’re going!

I encountered the quality transport van this morning (in Middleton, WI) as I was returning from the grocery store. The person driving came across two lanes from the far right lane into the far left turn lane in front of me, driving very carelessly and fast. Sad to see, especially with wheelchair ramp accessibility. DO NOT let your loved ones use this company.

Called for transporting fromUW clinic to UW rehab carrier said he would call back wit eta of pickup. After an hour I called again. He said he would be there in an hour. Never showed up and no call back!got transport by northwester med trans. 4 hrs sitting I front of clinic.

Driver honked at me for not turning right while the arrow was red with a very clear "no turn on red" sign (because bike and pedestrian traffic had a green light), veered around 2 cars and turned right anyway, almost hitting a cyclist. Horrible and dangerous driving.Light turned green almost immediately afterwards and they were stopped at the next red light so I was able to snap a pic of the vehicle.

Driver on his phone and pulled right in front of me without even stopping at the stop sign. Lucky to have it on dash cam. Had to slam on my breaks just to not hit the vehicle. Also, sad because I see this isn't the first time (looking at other reviews).

Poorly service for metro paratranist I’ve only rod them 2 twice last few months I’ve definitely not too found of them period constantly on their phones while driving very reprimandive when it comes to no shows etc lack of communication this business needs to be closed down permanently horrible business all I can say rude drivers not very professional at all

Just caught on dash camera driver cutting off a 8ton straight truck and illegal using the express lane on the beltline in Madison on dash camera while on his cell phone. MPD was notified

I work with this company week to week on a consistent basis. It is rare that they are on time for picking up/drop off, and the driver is ALWAYS on the phone, when driving and when greeting rider on arrival. Very unprofessional every time I contact about a late ride, and have been treated rudely when asking about tardiness. I understand transportation services may be short handed sometimes, but the way they handle it with customers is ridiculous and shouldn’t be tolerated.

Driver arrived in enough time for my appointment. Driver called to let me know his location in my parking lot. Was very courteous drove speed limit and took the best route to get to clinic.
