I had a really good experience with this dealership. I came looking for a used car that would fit my budget and Isaac and his family were more than helpful. They spent their time truly trying to help me find the car I was looking for, and weren’t at all pushy like other salesman at a big dealership. The car I got has been driving really reliable, and Isaac and his brother are always there to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a used affordable car. And will definitely be coming back in the future to help my family and friends find a car.

Only three months after buying a car from here, the engine stopped working and when I took it in I discovered that it was already a replaced engine.(They knew there was a issue, but still sold it) also to replace it again it costs about $6,000. I had not even drove it 3,000 miles yet.

The owner and his father were very friendly and easy to deal with. They were very fair with the prices being right around private seller but with the convenience of being licensed with the DOT. They also don't tack exorbitant dealer fees on so the only expense on top of sticker is WI sales tax and DMV charges. Other lots in the area were selling vehicles in similar condition for easily 2k more after dealer fees. We drove from Marshfield to Madison but depending on what's on the lot I'd definitely consider driving down again in the future.

I didn't buy an automobile here but they're mechanic Dustin did a lot of work on my 1991 Corvette there were some problems but he stuck to it and figured it out good mechanic and guy having him fix things on my 2005 Corvette in the spring

Our vehicle started experiencing some issues, and Dustin was able to see and fix issues the same day I reached out. He was very knowledgeable, kept me updated throughout the repair, and made the entire process easy and straightforward, a huge lifesaver a few days before Thanksgiving. Would absolutely take our vehicle there again in the future and recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle or get repairs done!

Purchased a VW Tiguan from here for $9,300 and have spent $7,000 on a new turbo (within the first week of owning it) and $850 on new spark plugs & coils less than 3 months into owning it. The people here are literally scam artists. I cannot stress enough how much I do NOT recommend this business, and would only ever recommend it to my worst enemy. I've been avoiding writing a review simply because I've seen how they reply to other bad reviews, they act oblivious & accuse the purchaser/reviewer. But seriously, it's absolutely insane to spend about the same amount in repairs less than 3 months into owning the vehicle (that they claimed was in great condition) as you did on the vehicle itself. Wish I could give 0stars.

The owner Isaac and his father were super. Isaac and I discussed the vehicle before hand and came to terms on a price. My wife and I live nearly two hours away, Isaac set the vehicle aside so we could come in the next day and be the first to inspect it and take a test drive. Inspecting the vehicle, Isaac stepped back into the office and gave us space and time to do the inspection. When we had a question, he would come out and provide honest answers. I would highly recommend them and would check out their inventory first if and when I have another need for a used vehicle.
