My family and I LOVE Princeton club east. The equipment is very high quality, the gym is clean, the staff are super friendly! The sauna, steam room and hot tub are very refreshing after a long workout… having 3 young kids their childcare has been clutch. Really quality staff working in childcare. If you are on the fence about joining… just choose Princeton club!

Love using the pool in the mornings. I rarely have to wait for a lane. If I do have to wait I can always hang out in the hot tub while I do

This facility is exceptional, equipped with a wide range of exercise equipment to ensure that there are ample options available to avoid overcrowding on any particular machine. This approach allows for a more effective and efficient workout experience.

if you like creepy, old men and a crowded gym, the Princeton Club is for you. I have had a membership at the Princeton Club for the past year. On multiple occasions, have I caught men taking photos of me while I working out. I have brought it up to staff and they have done absolutely nothing about it. the entire month of January, I did not go to the gym because there were so many people at the gym. There were literally lines to get machines. Along with today April 16 at around 6 PM and they had a portion of the gym closed off for small group workout, which is where I normally work out my entire routine, especially when they have room by the basketball court that are designated for small groups. For 50+ dollars a month I expect to be able to work out without feeling uncomfortable or having to wait to use equipment. So not worth it

This gym RULES. They've got everything I'd ever need and more. There's free childcare while you're working out, an awesome pool/sauna, an indoor track, a huge gymnasium and a bunch of new excersise equipment. It's always in immaculate condition and they really take care of their members.

Sauna, hot tub, pool, everything you need to work out. Worth the monthly fee.

I liked the express location that I was going to but I get a much better deal at planet fitness. I tried to cancel my membership which shouldn't be hard right? Absolutely wrong. If you sign up with them it will be a 2 year membership no ifs and or buts. And they only way out is moving out of state (even though they only have 10 locations in southern wi) or doctors note. There isn't any sort of fee or any other way to get out of it until your 2 years are up. There is also no notification of this on the website. There is no FAQ about it at all.Facilities are ultimately ok, website unhelpful , and the app is just a glitchy mess. Overall it's a scam of a company, spend your money elsewhere and don't get trapped

I've been working out at PC for over 2 years and have never been disappointed. Great place for any kind of workout, and amazing staff!

Simply the best gym in the Madison area. I signed up here four years ago, and my opinion hasn't changed since. In my experience, I found the staff to be very helpful, valuing each and every one of their members. While some equipment may seem dated, the locations are progressively being updated. The Princeton Club West location, for instance, has brand new, state-of-the-art treadmills, gym equipment, bikes, and more. Not to mention the gym offering a free trial if you are hesitant about committing just yet.

Been going to PC for several months, usually in at early morning hours, no issues with front desk staff at that time. Have been pretty happy with our membership but on 3/16 I arrived with my wife who is also a member and my brother in law who was in from out of town. Front desk girl was slightly rude and also got into a disagreement with a family right next to us and had an attitude with them (family with small children too). Then we were told it was $20 for a guest since my brother in law was "not local"...kind of ridiculous for $70-80 a month you don't get a couple free guess passes. $20 for a guest of a member is quite out of touch with most other gyms who include some free guest passes for similar scenarios. Good gym if you can get past some minor issues with customer service. Again, one off issue but still a bit of a disappointment.
