Very disrespectful customer service staff. I went to return two items (totaling $10 in total) i bought three days ago and asked if i could use my credit card or fresh perk card to look it up since i lost my physical receipt. The woman who was described as “boss” by one of the floor staff then cut me off and stated “no receipt, no returns. This isn’t Target.” I then asked if i was able to do anything else to verify then she again stated “no receipt no returns” and placed her hands on her hips. I left not only without my return but i also felt ashamed and embarrassed and as it turns out Kroger policy dictated i could do the return for store credit within 30 days of purchase anyway so the information i was given was totally wrong. Unprofessional and i wont be returning to this store.

Worst organic produce I’ve ever seen. Otherwise typical grocery store. Helpful staff doing so much better than can be expected in a difficult situation (late stage Capitalism)

Malik should not be on the register he didn't speak to me I asked him questions he completely ignored me and then he finally spoke at the end just to tell me my total but completely ignored everything I had said to him. Just a really bad experience like I never got my question answered and I actually had two questions he ignored both of them.

This store is currently undergoing a long needed remodel. However their management of this process has been very poor. They close their main entrance after 7pm, despite the large overhead “Enter” sign which remains lit. You are forced to enter through the self-checkout Exit, fighting the flow of traffic.Within the store, their coolers are usually malfunctioning. There are typically several entire rolls of drenched paper towel wedged beneath the coolers to staunch the flooding. Hopefully this is resolved with their remodel.I find the staff here to be kind and helpful. But management could be more customer cognizant during their remodel- namely providing an easy way into the store.They do not provide shopping baskets, only carts.

This place is always busy so there always seems to be a line to check out. I shop here for meat products. The meat is of good quality and there always seems to be sales. The only thing I greatly dislike about Pick 'n Saves, in general, is the digital coupons. They never work so I don't get buy items that have those sales.

WATCH OUT FOR EXPIRED FOOD BACON AND BREAD I SAW DATES AS OLD AS 1/25 AND 1/31. THE CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES FOR VALENTINES DAY WERE EXPIRED. I ASK FOR A DISCOUNT THEY SAID NO AND PUT IT BACK ON THE TABLE. IT HAD EXPIRED 2 DAYS AGO. The staff was exceptional and very nice. Management needs to do better work.

The bakery… actually a nice selection of cakes and pies…many varieties. They decorate too! We got the 4 variety cake…nice to give options at a party!
The store staff was kind as well!

If I could give this location less than one star I would.
An altercation with the woman who runs your pharmacy, at a self checkout lane this morning has me absolutely shocked that this woman even holds a job. She was rude, she was dismissive, and she tried to override everything everyone else was doing to assist me and then in return got frustrated with me because she tried to charge me two dollars more than the price noted on the digital coupon. I tried to show her the coupon on my phone and she shoved me away spewing that she didn't want to see it and then she accused me of shoving the phone into her face.
I told her to please try to have a better day while she left the scene and she sarcastically yelled at me to "have the day I deserve" ?
How is this person employed as a customer service agent in your store? I'm embarrassed for your company as that entire store is full of people who act like they hate their jobs and the people who shop there.
Rest assured my money won't be padding your wallets ever again. After seeing all the negative comments about this location on this review thread it should be no surprise to anyone that not one manager or staff member has addressed anything that needs to be addressed, which in itself is disgraceful and cowardly.
Shop local, Kroger's isn't anything but a monopolistic enterprise. Go to Woodman's, cheaper prices over the entire store and, the people that work there act like they like people and the store is clean.
Oh, P.S.
I saw one of your front end cashiers pocket a candy bar, yes, I mean I saw her take it off the shelf and put it into her vest pocket.

They need to add a service door bell to the meat section for when the employees are back in the kitchen working so you don't have to go find an employee to help you find an employee....
