If you’re looking for variety in pet supplies, this is the place! I’m primarily an aquarist when it comes to pets, and they stock a lot of equipment from various brands. I haven’t bought a ton of fish here, but the ones that I have, are doing well! My daughters like coming to see the big tortoise they let tour the store for exercise. Nice variety of birds too! Not always the cleanest store, but it’s a pet store with that said.

First time visiting one of these stores. Very impressed. If they don’t have it, you probably don’t need it. Clean and well organized.

I thought the prices were high for anyone who owns pets. Staff was friendly though. You need to make the food and such affordable to pet owners.

Tons of cute birds, fish, and little furry critters. Really clean. Worth going in just to look around and see all the animals.

Good service good and old fashions. The waitress was keeping everything filled and prompt. One of those places where anything you order will be great! ?????????

This place is extremely rude. We walked in and asked what's the best container for mice and the front desk lady was yelling at us that we're tying to kill animals. Never coming back here again.

This place is a disgrace to animals! The Tortise that they have is so stressed, a little bit of dirty sand, no water, food, and all he did was pace back and forth. Told cashier, he could of cared less. Actually calling Animal welfare, this place needs to be shut down.

As a fellow bird store owner, I was pretty disappointed to see these sweeties in such tiny, rusty cages. No toys, very little food, dirty water dishes. One bird to each tiny cage so they don't even have each other for company. I was even more disappointed to learn that many of them have lived their entire lives here, some as long as since 2017. I stopped in when I was out of town to grab some bird food for my own birds and I almost left right then. Food bins full of webbing from moths so I tried the bags. Prices were really crazy so I passed on those as well. Thought I would visit the birds, and when I'm telling you that I left this store in tears, I'm not exaggerating. The prices on the birds are so over the top they'll never sell them. As a result these poor things sit in these tiny cages and get no human interaction. My heart broke. Petworld you need to do better! You are why pet stores get a bad rap! Come on!

For being labeled a "Warehouse" I was shocked with how little product they carried across the board. I specifically will speak on products for felines as I did not explore other animal supplies as diligently.I went in looking for their selection of litter mats (wanted one of those dual layer mats) and they only carried one litter mat which was one of those 8in circle mats you can get anywhere- even non-pet stores. The space is huge but they do not take advantage of the whole space. Everything on the shelves is very spread out because of the lack of product variety; this includes: food, toys, treats, and litter. In addition to the lack of product, everything is extremely overpriced! The prices are much higher than any other pet store (chain or local) in the area. These prices do not reflect the quality either- there was less variety of cat litter and food than Woodman's or other pet stores. If you're looking for more natural, speciality or refridgerator food, they did not appear to have a good selection at all.The small animal section was really sad. They had a very poor variety of cages. If you are shopping for a healthy sized cage for one or multiple rats, I suggest looking online because their selection was extremely limited. The live animal section was troubling as the cages were small rectangular fish tanks with very little objects for stimulation. The reptile/fish section looked okay but the koi pool was a small black pool with a hose in the middle with at least 10 large koi fish banging into each other because there was not enough room. The bird section by the register was also problematic. They had too many parakeets shoved into cages meant for one or two birds. In addition, the prices of the birds are far above other stores and so these birds never get bought and stay in this environment. The only redeeming quality of this store are the employees who are super friendly.
