“I love MadCat. This location has an easy parking lot and a spacious store. There is even a large room up front with some store cats. The store has a great layout making it easy to locate the items you are looking for. I enjoy looking at their dog treat options. They carry a good variety of high quality brands. They also have fun cat toys up by the check out. This time I grabbed a bouncy ball with a few feathers attached. The staff member checking me out said cats enjoy playing with this toy on the stairs and that's exactly what my cats did. It's their new favorite toy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They greeted my dog with a treat when we walked in. I always enjoy a good pet store, especially MadCat.”

“Adopted a new Baby on Thursday ? Meet Bianca! She's doing great and it only took 2 days for her and the other cat to adapt to one another. She follows me EVERYWHERE and cuddles with me at night. When she wants attention (which is always)she drops to a laying position in front of me and cries. She the highlight of my life after losing my home and having to give up my other 2 babies I had because of it. She chose me, she saved me and she gives me something to look forward to everyday. Thanks Noah's Ark for being a part of it!”

“A very nice pet store with a good selection of items on a broad level. They are located on the west side of East Towne mall in Madison. They do not sell feeder rats, as others have suggested, only mice. As a result, one of their very attentive sales personnel recommended Reptile Rapture, a reptile focused store just a few miles away. If you have more large reptile focused needs, I recommend you contact them as well.”

“Working in customer service, I always try my best to leave good reviews when I receive great service! Most people only like to mention the negatives so I want to point out the positives too! I went there tonight (7-1-24) around 6:30pm and they only had two staff members on their floor with long lines on both registers. Being short staffed is a huge issue right now for all businesses, but they were able to maintain great customer service, get everything done as quickly as possible and still keep a smile on their face through the crazy rush! Props to everyone that was working tonight! You guys are awesome!”

“If you’re looking for variety in pet supplies, this is the place! I’m primarily an aquarist when it comes to pets, and they stock a lot of equipment from various brands. I haven’t bought a ton of fish here, but the ones that I have, are doing well! My daughters like coming to see the big tortoise they let tour the store for exercise. Nice variety of birds too! Not always the cleanest store, but it’s a pet store with that said.”
