This is very odd but I stopped to top off my car with gas at pump 7 and it clicked off but it did not put any gas in my car. My tank is not full. I got home and realized it and went to talk to the person at BP who argued with me. First time at this gas station and won't be back. Luckily it's only $5.

Falsely accused of stealing from a repeat customer. No apology or literally any reaction other than walking away when I presented the receipt from Festival across the street proving I stole nothing. Look at the security tapes. I'm the one who's wearing a bright orange hat (as do most thieves, right? ) and never coming back.

Bad service. We gased up there and my son need to use bathroom. But we have to buy something to use the bathroom. They don't care if you gas up or not.
