Truly lifesavers.I first contacted Out-U-Go when I was starting a new in-person job and the rover sitter I'd booked with for my puppy cancelled last minute. Out-U-Go was able to set up a meet and greet the very next day at my home.From day one I had a great experience. Mei was incredibly kind and thorough when we discussed details and procedures. Most importantly, she was amazing with my Frankie girl.To be honest, I could sit here and write paragraphs detailing how thoughtful and flexible the process has been with Out-U-Go, but I'll leave it at this: Mei, Ryan, and Rachael have taken such good care of my baby. They are kind, communicative, and always have Frankie's best interest at heart. I admit to being peak overprotective mama drama, and they have managed to earn my trust and appreciation quickly and without doubt.I truly would not have made it through the anxiety spiral that has been my first month at my first in-person job since 2019 without them. Thank you three so much for everything you have done and continue to do.

5 stars doesn't even cut it! Out U Go is simply fabulous. I get a ton of anxiety leaving my kitty when I travel, but they make me feel so confident in her care. The set up process is easy but comprehensive and the staff is AMAZING!!! They leave wonderful notes each visit sent to you via text with a cute photo letting me know not only the care they provided but how my pet is doing and all that jazz. When I return home from travel, my cat is happy and my home is clean. Couldn't ask for a better service to care for my baby. Asking a friend to watch your pets may be cheaper, but Out U Go is worth every penny.

I can not praise OutUGo, Lisa, Mei and ALL the sitters enough! They are an amazing, caring, professional service and respond quickly. I have used their cat sitting service a few times now and I feel comfortable every time leaving my cat in their care. My cat has anxiety and gets stressed when I'm gone and having the updates and pictures from the sitters every day helps calm MY anxiety knowing my cat is doing well. My cat suffers from FIC and during my last vacation there was concerns he had a blocked bladder as the sitters noticed he wasn't using the litterbox to urinate. I had contacted them to ask them to take him to the emergency vet. Lisa answered right away and was able to coordinate with Mei to get my cat to a vet ASAP. I'm so grateful for their speediness and availability on such short notice. Thank you all!!

Lisa and Mei do a fantastic job as their professional, prompt and responsive practices make the somewhat unpredictable world of pet ownership a bit more manageable. Their ability to pivot on a dime when those unexpected occurrences arise makes them worth their weight in gold.

Our experience with Out-U-Go has been outstanding! Mei has stayed with our crew twice and has given them the best care possible. She not only gives my pets the time and attention they need, but she also sends me many updates during her stay to help my peace of mind. We are so happy with our service and can't wait to use Out-U-Go again!

I used Out-U-Go on a daily basis to take care of my dog. He was high-energy and needed his mid-day walk, and on top of that he had anxiety when left alone. The people at Out-U-Go formed a connection with him and I always knew they'd be timely, professional, and caring - they treated him like family. I could rely on them for a daily walk, and they would accommodate any scheduling changes. I would highly, highly, recommend Out-U-Go to anyone who is looking for a new friend for their best friend!

Wonderfully nice people. Very responsive and flexible with scheduling. I had them check in on my cat -- change the litter box, etc -- over Memorial Day weekend. Prices were very reasonable too, even for a holiday.They texted me every time they visited and sent photos too. They really satisfied my peace of mind and I knew my cat was in good hands. The house was perfectly in order, it was almost like no one had been there at all. I will DEFINITELY use them in the future!!!
