Went here when my car battery was dead ! I was very bummed but the worker named Jose was so helpful ! He kept me calm and was also helping me with getting a jump and helped us select good working products for my car. I am so thankful that I was able to work with him today I am very appreciative!

Jody is the MVP!!! He totally saved my life lbvs. I was traveling back home from Chicago and my brake fluid was very low after getting some work done! I was so scared and nervous because my car would alert me in all red..Jody was able to help me find the proper brake fluid and he even put it in my car for me!! He definitely deserves some type of raise/bonus! He was courteous and knowledgeable. I know it was a small purchase but this experience totally saved my day!! I appreciate Jody!!

The workers are very helpful! I told them what I needed, a headlight and wiper. They looked up what type I needed and installed it. I have been there several times and all the workers are very kind and helpful.

I had a very positive experience at O'Reilly, especially with the help of Alan. He was knowledgable, helpful, and skillful. He knew exactly which tail-light bulb I needed for my VW Jetta. I was lucky to catch him when he wasn't busy because he also plugged the bulb into the correct socket in my car. He was very skillful because he did this by just feeling behind a panel that was in the way. Alan went above and beyond and made it more likely I'll return to O'Reilly for my auto parts needs. Great job by Alan!

They let me use their code reader for free. I was able to determine my car’s issue. They let me borrow a screw driver and ratchet set. I made my quick repair and was on my way.Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Bought a part I needed immediately from one location. The store said they had it in stock at this location. I got there and they looked around forever.. 10, 15 minutes? Said they couldn't find it. Then it took another 5 minutes just to process the return. He gave me cash back and couldn't put the return back on the credit card. Ridiculous.
