My son attended this daycare while I worked in Middleton. They do an excellent job caring for him. He's learned and grown so much in the few months he attended. Much appreciation to Carla and her team.

KinderCare on Old Sauk Rd is a gem we stumbled upon, and it's been a game-changer for our family. Transitioning our two kids from home to a social setting was daunting, but KinderCare's strong family-oriented values made it seamless. The staff and director were incredible from the start, guiding us through enrollment and helping us acclimate. Initially nervous, both my kids and husband quickly found comfort and now eagerly embrace their days at the center. What sets KinderCare apart are the compassionate, patient, and highly-trained teachers. They've made the adjustment effortless and have a knack for handling any situation with grace. I wouldn't consider enrolling my kids anywhere else. Thank you, KinderCare, for making our journey so smooth and delightful.

This center is such a joy to be a part of. From the teachers, who work hard everyday to ensure a warm, safe, and educational environment, to the children who are fun and always eager to learn. The routine from day to day allows for growth and understanding in the children as well. I am such a big fan of the Old Sauk KinderCare!!

As a mother I am here to highlight how my son has attended this daycare since 2021 since the changes of a new director and new daycare providers I had to pull my son out as I actually had a new daycare provider who was assigned to care for my son attempt to be physically violent in front of my son and other children to where her coworker held her back all behind the fact that I highlighted how she was not consistently changing my son’s diaper to where he has a accident on himself. This is the kind of people this new director hires as well as I already highlighted to her ( in a message)2 weeks before how I witnessed another provider there grabbing a lil boy by the collar of his shirt with a force that left me at concern of how their handling children when they are acting out and this director did not follow up with me on the message I left her about her employee. For the safety of your children please thank twice about choosing this daycare

I interviewed here and this was the most disorganized and poorly run place I have ever seen. I have a degree in education and this place was terrible. Unclean, disorganized, chaotic and out of control. There is no way I would ever send my child here.

The staff there is unprofessional from what I've seen from coming with another parent for drop off this will be the last place i recommend. Staff walking around like i don't have a care in the world. And from the looks of things they don't have a dress code apparently from how staff dress. I seen with my own eyes staff cooking and huddling up in the kitchen eating at the same time before the kids were served. This daycare is a joke i would suffer than to let this daycare care for my kids

We had a good experience here, pros they work with your child through difficult times such as biting and aggression that most two to three year olds have between developing vocabulary. My son was a bitter For some reason seemed to have gotten better then got worse for some reason, but it’s all in the teacher and there experiences on how to teach them to use there words not just say STOP and write a report, I did however get a lot of phone calls to pick my child up back to back because of his negative lashing out in frustration for what ever reason, which I think came from having to blend classrooms before the day and end of day due to intimidation from bigger kids but that just my opinion I was never there to witness any of this behavior, which in hand led me to pull him out because I could not leave work another day. My son is very busy so I can see how he may have been a bit much to handle in some cases if enough staff wasn’t available. I hated the food... lol one day I came in and it smelled like sewage I asked the teacher what happened and she said it was Broccoli! Lol...funniest thing ever!!Cons: I don’t have a lot of bad things to say simply because my standards may not be like other peoples and I don’t really know how hard a job it is to work with young children ALL DAY so I’ll just point out things I didn’t like. There were times I’d come in and the tables and floors were still a little dirty. Having a toddler and knowing they pick everything up and put it in there mouth makes you cringe when you notice things like that. My sons sweaters jackets and blankets came up missing constantly, which in the winter it’s vital that he come and go with what he arrived with, which may not be the facilities fault, but theiving parents because I immediately know when I arrive to pick up if he has something that doesn’t belong to him so that’s just people taking what they know isn’t there’s. I like the majority of the staff everyone seemed ok I’d notice that dropping my son off in the morning having him go over to the bigger kid side until his teacher arrived was causing most of his frustration because the minute he arrived the teacher was taking things from him maybe because the toys may not have been age appropriate but to a two year old that just seems unfair and doesn’t understand why you took it so he’d be annoyed and upset by this, I can imagine. If your gonna have those groups combined together for a uncertain time give toddlers things to keep them stimulated the moment they arrive because it’s gonna be like a scavenger hunt to find something that will draw there attention. Constantly taking things from them and not engaging with them will cause them to lash out negatively and start the day off in a bad mood for that child. But we learn and grow and hopefully this will help with anyone in my situation that you guys may have again like my son. Otherwise good place to go if you need care @6am. They’re alway on time and even bad snow days for those that don’t really have the option to call off. And flexible with payments Nicky is always understanding and gives flexibility. ✌?
